1/4 cup fat free Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp regular dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey dijon mustard
1 dill pickle chopped up
Spices - Cayenne pepper, black pepper and garlic powder (I use quite a bit the spicier the better to me)
2 cans Solid White Albacore
Mix all the stuff then open the cans of Tuna. I like to wash the tuna off and pick out anything wierd like a scale or whatever then I cut it up in the can some. Pour tuna into bowl and mix everything. Put finished product over cooked wheat pasta. I am playing around with if it tastes better with warm pasta right now I seem to like it mixed with the pasta and put in the fridge for an hour.
I am one of the people who normally almost gags when they eat tuna and I can't believe how good this tastes. I'm too lazy to calculate macros exactly but if you portion it out into a 200 calorie portion of tuna salad to 100 calories of wheat pasta its around 30 grams of protein.
