There is not significant cultural chasm as there would be to try and date a female in a country with a completely different culture like in Asian countries, I think you get what I'm tryin to say here.
All in all though, some advice. Most hot chicks are not going to be impressed if you brag about your money, it always comes down to physical attraction and then the ability to talk and make them laugh and have a good conversation. As its been said many times from guys posting their how to get out of the friend zone threads, a chick decides if shes gonna f*ck you in the first 10 seconds of talking to her. Ummmmm, so long as you dont buy your clothes at KMart and have some decent style, I dont see a problem, no one will really give a f*ck that your jacket cost $3,000 bucks, you usually cant tell the difference between that and a $300 dollar jacket. Dont try to change yourself, the best thing you have going for you is that you're from another country, and you're "different", so your style might be weird and not what any Americans wear, but just rock it bro, chicks find that kind of shit intriguing, just like we find chicks from other places with an odd style intriguing (assuming they're hot, aesthetically pleasing, and dont smell like shit)...
Last piece of advice....Drop the whole "Im so cocky" bit from your act. I mean, glorifying the fact that you think of yourself as being an asshole is not cool. I know that movies and society and what not make it appealing to try to intentionally be a jackass towards women, and people in general, but it really is not gonna earn u many points, its much better to be a 'chill' dude than to be a dude who is actively trying to be 'cocky,' it shows immediately, because no normal person is just a straight dick for no real appearent reason unless theyre having a really bad day.
