ha, the kid punching the monitor was pretty good. I would not sneak up to someone close though, I know from first hand experience some people reactions are not to jump and scream. Every time someone actually succeeds in startling me or my first reaction is ALWAYS to put up a defense and punch at the same time. I have come VERY close to decking friends, wife, daughter. lol They all know NOT to try to scare me or at least not be within arms reach. It's 100% reflex and I have no control over it. I have just been lucky enough to pull or stop my punch mm's from contact.

It's funny, I have actually scared myself (not really) how fast I react sometimes and have to take a step back and say Wow, where did that come from and I wish I had it on video. lol

Anytime you valsalva (increasing intraabdominal pressure by exhaling against a closed trachea -- this occurs when you take a crap) you activate parasympathetic nerves in your body that create a significant drop in blood pressure. Older people who already have a very low blood pressure have actually died on the toilet because of this. He probably lost perfusion to his brain momentarily due to this phenomenon and thus passed out.
