    I feel horrible...

I had my first cheat meal today in a month. Brisket, broccoli w/cheese and a coke zero....

    ....I feel like I committed a sin

I get that guilt too when I am cutting, even when eating a planned cheat meal.

u shoulda been with me last saturday! prob 30 cookies, 4 cupcakes, bbq pork (whole roasted pig wedding reception), bbq baked beans, sweet tea.. prob 7000cals. ur little meal didnt do crap dude! forget about it!

id also like to note ive still dropped decent bf% this week nonetheless..

if u feel too bad i tell u what to do. tomorrow fast 10hrs after u wake up and only eat after then til ur not hungry anymore (not til full) and dont eat any carbs and do 60mins fasted cardio.. ive been doing 8hr fast on non-workout days which is helping a TON to drop bf%. knocks cals on non-lift days down to like 1000-1200..

Lol relax dude, some people consider what you ate a normal meal when dieting. I've been incorporating a cheat meal every Sunday since the start such as ribs or pizza and it hasn't affected my physique adversely one bit! You're not a professional bodybuilder, there's no sense in making yourself miserable.

I'm not making myself miserable. I enjoy the changes I see. I just have the mindset that when I do something I go balls deep in.

I have a question that prob don't belong in this section, but here goes.

QUESTION--how are you judging your bodyfat loss % on a weekly basis?
    What method do you use?
Im asking because I'd like to be able to judge mine and can't figure out a way to do it. So far all I've done was that body fat analysis with a trainer at the gym. Problem is he sure as sh!t didn't know what he was doing.
    ....and neither do I.

I use an electronic scale that checks it for me and just hope if its not 100% accurate at least it will tell me if I am making progress. What does everyone else do?

405 hangs in the nutritional forum and he uses a bod pod and 9 site calipers.

I use scale and tight cloths (so if i gain too much I have nothing to wear)!
