Seen a couple of these threads, it is nice to see whats current though. I tend to play heavy rock/grunge. Something with a real heavy bass, even when doing cardio.

New music keeps coming out so i would think new threads too. So anyone that likes dub step and metal look at enter shikari and skip the four play. This is great techno metal craziness.

There are a lot of these threads but I'm all for them because I have 1000s of songs and get sick of them anyway. I rip songs off youtube if you don't know how pm me.
These make me want to destroy the weights

I listen to a lot of banging against the wall in the nearby storage room. It goes on for about 7 to 10 minutes every day at the same time.

whatever the gym is playing. I usually tune everything and everyone out anyway. It's "ME" time. Don't even need music.

One of my favorite genre is Scottish and Irish music. I really like old traditional but there is some great punk stuff. Check out the real McKenzies, flogging molly and dropkick murphys.
