Exotic Pets

It's a slow day at work...I'm bored...here's the question.

If you had UNLIMITED resources, what kind of pet, or pets would you like to have. Use your imagination, but limit your choice to one species. Also, NO extinct or imaginary creatures (like unicorns that crap recreational drugs....ok PB ).

I would, without hesitation, have bengal tigers. I would interact with them from birth so they could imprint on me. I love the big cats.

I would get a Silverback so i could save money on juice. I would simply extract his test and have all the free gorilla test i could want...anti-e's anyone?

the thought of taking a wild animal and putting them in captivity makes my stomach turn but lets pretend that in our little world that wont happen.......somehow we can "have" a pet and not capture it k? ok..... now that thats out of the way......

i would say a chimp. i think they would be the most interesting animal to interact with. AMAZING!

if we're talking WILDDDDDDD WILDDDDDDD i would want a polar bear ....... they're beautiful!!

Excellent call KB! I probably should have eloborated a little more as I am a huge animal lover (both literally and figurativly). If I had unlimited resources I would spare no expense in creating an habitat that would make the Tigers feel as if they were in the wild. No cages or un natural environments.

Trips...I said this before and I'll say it again, YOU....are a funny man.

I was talking about this today, kind of. I will pick something that is easy. I just need a few chickens that will produce my daily egg consumption every day (dozen egg whites). It will save me a trip to the grocery store.

i've always wanted to build a big shark tank and get some hammerheads and some other sharks.they sell them at a place by me and i always go look at them, but my apartment setup won't allow for it the way i have things set up.in time.in time

No really,
Me and My ex-wife use to run a pet store and if you ever came to our house it was like visiting the zoo. I got into making custom cages and we had animals through out our house. (I raise repitiles for about 10 years) Here is a list of some of the animals that we had.

15ft bermesse python
2-6 ft boa constrictors
1 green wing macaw
1 african grey
2 ferrets
1 rabbit
1 english bulldog
1 dove
1 scropion
3 ball pythons
1 cat
2 hamsters

And that was all at one time!

Now if I had a dream pet I would have to agree with Pete. Large cats rule however I would lean toward black panthers!
