Nature does not allow living creatures to be inactive. In all levels of biology, inactivity means death. Life is growing. When not moving forward, it falls backward. We survive, then, only so long as we advance. Humankind evolved through continuous struggle and effort. Since man is distinguished from all other creatures because he has a mind - a conceptual faculty - he will only get the best out of himself when employing his rational/critical faculty to focus on the future, that is, to achieve goals. The individual who wants to evolve mentally and physically, therefore, must be willing to exert continuous effort.

During high school I had a bench and some Olympic bars and Dumbbells and stuff. Lifted in my garage a lot. Never the gym or even the highschool gym really. I like it by myself mainly when I train though company is nice. I'm self motivated.
So that was highschool period. Skip about 10 years + later. Other then hard labor doing brick work, tree work and other construction trades. I actually started training for that SFAS program I mentioned about 3 years ago and was at it all together for about 1.5 years pretty solid. But I got into some troubles in the last Year or two and haven't been doing anything really for the past 1.5 years.
It's something that's just designed in a certain mans brain. Hard wired and just built for the grueling sessions and training and i love it and miss it. Am excited to get back into it. God willing. Very excited actually I'm getting an adrenaline spike right now lol. That's something I wish I could get ahold of. A jar of human adrenaline haha. Take that with your pre workout or your cup of coffee in the morning MATE!

Haven't been training for 3 days but tomorrow will be a big session for me. Going to work on some deep tissue today around the back and shoulders. Work schedule is limiting myself to train at the moment but that's fine with the injuries I am looking after. I can see myself being back in full force in about 2 weeks

O so your talking about like massage. I thought you meant weight training that breaks down the muscle on a deeper level. I thought I read something about that. I think it was something about when adding mass, that it's quality solid mass that's built from deep within the muscle. Opposed to just kinda of adding it on top ya know. I was probably totally confused when I was a reading that. So neve mind this comment lol

I'm very frustrated that I cant train like I want to, my power is there its just those niggles I feel in my delt so I back off, I know I don't recover like I use to and ive not been on cycle for a over 2 yrs but fuck me I should be getting better by now. All I can see positive is that I am better than I was last month with the implementation of the deep tissue and stretches with my ball and roller oh and I cant forget the gel.
Ive been a caged tiger for way to long

Ive been searching my emails and pm's to see if I could find the name of the guy I use to know from here who didn't like T, Bizzaro got me thinking because it is a very unique taste not to like T or feel worse on T. I couldn't find him but I am sure the name will come to me and if it does I will post some of his threads for Bizz.
Testosterone is the king for me, I feel totally amazing and when I was going through low T and I finally got put on T it was like a light switch. Many of my cycles just consisted of T only and maybe a lighter compound especially in the latter years. I wonder what it is for some guys who don't respond well to T ??? ive been trying to figure it out but it sure is bizarre
