GJ Nach! You're on high volume I see..
Yeah higher volume lol - those drops I may avg 2-3reps unless smaller BPs I'll hit em w/higher volume - but I'm just starting to push heavier... I wanted to be sure my shoulder was strong enough as well as able to take full bore HIT which I'll be dropping my reps back down - plus I'll play it by ear depending on my shoulder

Nach I know u deal with your injuries and go about it differently.

But like I just took 2 weeks off. Not that long but would go back right away and kill it. Or give a week or two of like a "pull back" type of deal.

Well... With your injuries(too now) I would suggest just going with a slight pullback for a wk (2 straight sets per BP maybe hit 8-12 reps even 15 tops on smaller BPs) and see how you feel after a wk as I used to go full bore back and it hurt my shoulders much more... Or you could use those two wks like a pullback but I'd still want to warm my body back up(doesn't have to be long).... Train smart Brotha! I'm trying lol

Nice triceps and front/side delt workout after work.

I think its time for a comeback of the Nautilus Pullover machine - very nice movement/groove to it - really miss it.

I mean see how you feel on certain BPs(how's your back when working it? Is holding that position w/weight a problem on lower back)?? You can always see but with chronic type injuries - the last thing you want is to put yourself out for long periods of time(hence using your pullbacks to cycle your training has become so important- especially to me - more than lifting itself probly) so take a wk and use 2w sets - I've been throwing in drops RPs it's taking me over 12 reps atm but not many and only if I think I should(seeing what can be done in the 6-15 rep range...

You know your body Brotha - it's talking to us all the time... We should listen more lol

Oh man, between the sunburn and a good lift my shoulders are fvcked with a capital "F".
Ever since I started dumbell pressing with the back of my bench 1 notch from perpendicular to the seat, I've noticed it really hammers the anteriors better vs. the back being vertical. Still a pullback lift with 2 working sets on some things and a slight drop in weight from first working set to the second working set.

    RC exercises and broomstick stretches

    D'bell shoulder press- 2 w/u, Work 1- 10 reps, Work2- 8 reps
    Seated side laterals- 2 w/u, Work1-9+ reps, Work2-8+ reps
    Face pulls- 1 w/u, Work1-10+ reps, Work 2- 14 reps.
    B'bell shrugs- 1 w/u, Work1(front)- 10+ reps, Work2(rear)- 8+ reps
    D'bell shrugs- 7+ reps.

40 minutes not including RC exercises and broomstick stretches.

We are hitting a warm spell here as well, Clarky. Hopefully the last one of the season. Mid-90's °F/ low 30's °C here all week. Hoping cool temps hit by blast time.

Love deca and 250-500mg test, could be on that forever.
Tren ussually catchs up with me after 5-6 weeks, the first few weeks I dont really get bad sides, even at 700-800mg. Of course I dont know how underdosed it may be...
Only using 400mg tren E now, on a slow cut, on the 7 or 8th week, sides have been minimal. Of course sweat a bit more when training, bit of insomnia, kinda normal for me. Labs were quite good 2 weeks ago, and im actually thinking if I should prolong it a few more weeks as still recomping steadily.

So, I think im going to let the stronger compounds do the work while nebido takes care of the rest.
I always prefer adding alittle deca in the mix at a very small amount now and again but ive not done this for yrs but will be doing once my bloods are in range. I really don't think I'd take tren again

Unable to train to day due to the bruises of my shoulders, back and soreness of chest. I could do legs but I'm just going to relax and recovery from my brutal ball and rumble rolling I did yesterday. I even got my baseball into my side lats with all my weight on now that brought a tear to my eyes

    morning every1,

chest damn sore 3 days in... wasn't much of a volume back there but a very short and intense abuse, little to no rest, few warmup/feeling sets followed by intense working sets and then few more dopsets. indeed shocked the shit out of the chest, feels good.

Guys, Im keep on thinking how many of you like the idea of Push / Pull / legs split type workouts?
    Meaning:
push type be involved with chest, tricep and delts
pull type be involved with back, bicep, forearm, traps
legs - everything with legs but not the deads

only reason im weighting this option over and over again is because when I do chest only etc I prework my tric and delts real well, then finally chest is bust but tris and delts still has juice left in them, yet I was just doing chest and should just finish and rest, and at the end I feel like I was few % away from hitting my delts and tris hard at the same time... this what bothers me, as while I give it a rest for all his 3-5 days after brutal workout of chest, my tris are only ~60% recovered while chest just ~30%, hence my tris/delts workout wont be optimal.

Same goes for back. I just find alot of extra muscles involvement, so leaning towards compound type workouts.

    you calls?

Right rear delt and right trap cramped up on me a bit ago. Was ridiculously hard to get it to release.

I love it, BB... It's one of the only ways my muscles will release instead of just roll - I certainly like it

I just find alot of extra muscles involvement, so leaning towards compound type workouts.

    you calls?
Hey IM I hear what your saying but I agree that you'd be short hanging at least one BP if not more... No way could I do chest delts and tris effectively / I've tried and one way to look at this is if all the blood is in your chest or back they're so big how can u really get more in the other areas - idk this saying just made things click tbh

Listen to your body... It's something I wish I did from the start GL buddy
