    I'll have to look into that, BB, thanks! I usually just get the deep tissue massage and tell her to be fairly aggressive with the intensity. She's been working and walking on me for about a year now. She's petite but man she knows how to get in there and break it down and get the blood flowing. Usually am bruised for a few days but well worth it.

    it makes sense my man, it does. Thinking of this I could also try do chest in the evening and delts with tris in the morning next day and then retire for 3-5 days for recovery on those parts, would that make any sense? Otherwise I just gotta go with well spaced out rotation of BP. I recall doing like I said pull/push/legs, wasnt bad but wast too efficient, giving that I had ~300 test levels could have contributed to not feeling it well. I may give it another try for some months and see if this still doesnt stick, because thats what my body feels like wanna do. you see I thought of this as when I do chest, my delts and tris get very well pumped by the time chest is done, (just like I would do tris on there own dedicated day) it seems I just need few more working sets and tris/delts gets completely destroyed, but going by the plan I just leave them at there pre-worked state and wait for there dedicated day.

    I did notice my pumps are so much better since began trt, its incomparable, not that it feels hot and well engaged it stays that way so much longer as where before trt I would almost loose pump and get sleepy between sets, go figure...

    Mmmmm, Pfizer depot test. . LOL, today the nurse let me give myself my own injection. She was all like ",Gosh, you're a natural at this". Last week when she did quad inject, she created a gusher. Mine went smooth as silk. Hopefully I didn't do too good of a job. She commented on how well I aspirate with the same hand I inject with.
    I explained it away by telling her the truth. I use to have to give my mother her B12 injects IM while she was on dialysis, so what I said wasn't a lie.

    Btw... How's your P count and Protein? Is your RBC going down with more rest and recovery like we had thought - or are u still waiting to go back in for further testing?

    Not sure when I will be back full bore to be honest, I think I will always have to work around my rc so I don't damage it further but I am just coasting along at the moment trying to build the strength back up so I can get into HIT again. Chest and shoulders suffer the most but my chest workout really did well it hurts like fuck.

    My health issues are on going, constant blood work and its looking around Christmas time before the all clear. I will update soon on it all

    Same with me^^! Especially chest... I just know going into my shoulder routine how it's going to hurt in the beginning(regardless)... So I'm constantly keeping a plate(5lb) w/me to keep the RC as loose as possible. I sure know how it feels m8. Also, going EOD or my 8 day split is really helping... And idk if I'll be able to do full bore HIT(on all my BPs) it's Defo HIT w/a higher volume twist(seeing what I can build in the 6-15 rep range).

    Thx for the update on your next visit... I'm really hoping you get released - for at least a year, then if your labs are gtg I'm sure we all know what's to come - things seem much better and your RC issues will most likely always be in the back of your mind but it seems things are looking way up! Great to hear and see, Marcus!

    Yeah things are going ok, very productive on my chest workout and really hit it deep and pre E and SS. I think once ive got rid of this infection they tell me ive got what's cause my bw to go on a roller coaster I will be fine. Training that hard for so many year my body just needed the rest so I am aiming for better things further down the line, that's why I am doing less per week but more intense for even shorter periods of time. Hopefully my body will like this more

    There is a part of me that never wants to cycle again, ive gone that long now I could easily just not cycle again and just accept what I am working with and then there is a part of me to give it one more time short cycle and put that mass back on what is freaky, I'm a good responder so I know I can do it again in a short time but I really am in two minds over it. The devil and angel are battling hard ive even got some lovely pharm grade stirring at me

    Is it a UTI? Those things occasionally give me nightmares. The last ultrasound I had they commented that I have a large bladder (they did a pre and post urination scan). Pretty much everything I've had imaged has been oversize to an extent (my heart especially, testicles after I took a nasty hit, etc.)

    Same here mate everything is enlarged but no its not a UTI again, some other infection what my body is fighting, they say its due to my body fighting to repair itself due to the level of training I do. I actually think they don't know what they doing and found some infection what needs sorting and my blood's will be better. They haven't told me what and were it is I feel fine. I'm still having tests which is all good I feel like a test subject

    LOL, I can understand that feeling. When I had so many issues going on with my heart my wife said I would make a good crash test dummy. Drs. would try this and the opposite of what they expected to happen would occur, so they would try something else. Eventually they got me involved with MUSC and I kicked my stubbornness into high gear and things improved.
