Been doing a lot of squat sitting and stretching my hams and glutes, going to try and get my squat back up to decent again because no issues with my lower back for months now. Just trying to open my groin up alittle bit more and get my arms back enough so I can fit and sit into position right. Might do some straight sets at the end of my leg workout and see how my power is. Also been rolling the IT bands which is close to being tortured which feels nice, hopefully will be lose enough to get back into my groove and do some serious squatting again.

I bought some new kind melatonin, same dosage as before (3mg) but this time this fucker kicks so hard and works for too long... now foods felt better, more mild and quicker clearing, late one is 21st century and damn shit works quick and hard, and worst of it, in the morning still feel like downer... where as NF used to kick in slower but 3-4-5h later I can be up and revitalized! go figure

Did shoulders and traps earlier, good session.
Standing db side raises 1 working +rp 4more reps 1 drop
Rev db fly 2 sets. Face down on slight incline bench
Rev cable fly 1 working +rp 5 more
Seated shoulder press 1 working DD
seated db shrugs 2 sets
Machine shrugs 1 working DD. Db grip
Done. Lots and lots of squeezing. Db shrugs reps were 8-10 reps a set. More of a pre ex and warm up.

Exactly buddy! Mine have become so much thicker and are separating well... Traps on top of traps - and when they're big from the back too it just looks awesome(add in the height and length of em) and BOOM! they just look badass especially with a well developed back/& delts

well lads and galz! fucked up my legs pretty bad tonight. Did 5 miles intense brisk walking in the park, then straight home, foamrolled them legs well, foam rolled my lower back and spine real hard also, and went with good stretches and some more of it again, then went straight in to barbel back squats and pyramided up with just under 20-30sec max rest between sets of 10 reps each, tried my best to do them slow and well controlled but some beast within me couldnt resist, the fire, the anger, the rage was spilling trough my skin, trough my eyes and my feet - I was in the fuckin zone, went from warmup sets all the way up to working sets. I have never had damn great strength with low test in the past or higher test now, so nothing changes with me being on TRT, just some better fat burning and more libido, maybe Im lacking something else or its just my shitty genetics, but hey back to the topic - I quickly pyramided up to 5th set of 90kg squats and my legs were already so fried before that damn last set, legs-quads began to cramp like I'd stepped on high voltage lines, fuck me that was painful... foamrolling saved the day, I was literally crawling to reach foam roller for my twigs, no matter how weak and skinny they are it fuckin hurt like I squatted 10x the weight. did my foam rolling, did some extra light stretching, felt quickly relieved and real good, stood under the bar again and closed my eyes, going down on 5th rep of the last set, my quads gave out completely, and I had to land the barbell on the ground. foam rolling saves me from agony again.
Loaded ham curl bench and did small intense pyramid up and down of 3 sets, as after squats my hammys were pretty well fried already, 3 sets slow and controlled, although the last reps were brutal hard to get up, I didnt give in to lower them till gravity pulled it out of my control, total 40kg / 50kg / 40kg... difficulty walking, and just to finish it off, loaded barbel back up with 90kg and slowly went down with it and bottomed out - ass to heels, paused for 2 seconds and let it ram the ground again. this last single movement down with loaded bar was burning me up as hell and took no more than 22seconds all in all, I tried to last longer but it was a finisher type of movement, and I think it was well done.
Took a good shower... or more to say, shower took me, and after my wifey did good massage on my quads for me, damn things are just so shot, I think Im not gonna go to bed tonight, just gonna sit here on the fuckin coach and sleep like this.
Took my last meal and here I am sitting and typing all this, all mellow and with a feel of accomplishment
Not taking melatonin lately at all but hey you guys have good idea splitting that shit up too, so what Im gonna do now is split that 3mg in to quarters and go with it... or more so crawl with it, and see how I feel in the morning yeah? 3mg of this kind that I have right now is definitely more potent than 3mg I had before of a different brand.
another good question fellows - deadlift session with shoulder shrugs, its one tough motherfucker to do but since Im rethinking my form real hard, I am gonna do it this way, start up with real light and see where my shoulders and traps begin to limit me from shruging 3-5 times at the top of each rep and stay with that weight let traps and shoulders dominate deads, and shall the weight increase as my upper back grows. I have weak lower back when it comes to heavy deads, I seem to have core fuel to do it but my back gives out before I have myself straight.
Anyone of you does deads with trap shrugs combo? seen this many times before few folks did it in the gym, trapzilla's giants these dudes were, and seen if on few online videos before, I think the guys name was Antoine ******* who does this kind of shit, whats your take on it?

Great city, great time! It was the first time for our niece, it was the fourth visit for the wife and I.
Odd timing - there was a huge gay something or other in the french quarter over the weekend (no Clarky I'm not gay). They actually added a lot of energy to the quarter and the whole place was jumping!
Pounded down some very nice food - oysters, gator, crawfish and a lot of alcohol.
Damn though, hadn't been in humidity like that for a while.

For this afternoon's workout, slipped on a tee-shirt that is one size larger from prior to my first cycle - felt it stretch in my arms and delts - NICE!
And then the pump . . . God help me, I can't see how I could maintain my sanity if I couldn't lift.
