    Feeling amazing! My legs feel fresh and by arms feel very well, seems like it has been forever since I trained... so, today I am doing my back routine with combo-deads (deads+shrugs at the top, for reps)

    Ran in to hit early am arms then went for massage. My normal girl wasnt there so I was bummed a little, different kind of massage but it felt good anyways. After I went to my aunts for dinner, I ate, then sat on the couch, let me tell you when it was time to leave I could barely move.     Just got home from work..Daylight, ugh. This will take some getting used to. Eating then will crash. I must lift tonight or I will be extremely pissed with myself and the world.
    On a ligher note, the wife bought me a new TShirt w/ the following logo:

    Things to do today:
    1) Buy hatchet.
    2) Name hatchet kindness.
    3) Kill people with kindness
    .


    LOL, I like it. Think I will grab one more while.they have the larger sizes.

    Chest - trained w/trainer... Went heavy & working on exploding(rotating elbows in and transitioning to flare out at top - tricep lockout)

    Warm up
    Tri push downs(1min)x4
    Bradford presses(15)x4 -- almost got it over my head and behind but not quite(but started to get more ROM)

    - floor Presses(strict w/pause at bottom then exploding up - elbows in PL style which helped with my shoulder and explosiveness)
    2 Warm up 10
    5x5

    - stabilization bar(5lb bar) - start flexing hard from bottom
    Warm up for 10
    2w with blue comp KBs(18kgs each) - 10 very wobbly lol
    3w with Red Comp KB(43kgs each) - 5

    - Swiss Bar Wide grip(elbows out) wide chest press --
    5x 10

    - tri extensions w/rope on bar(very low) bringing body/head under it then firing up w/tris --
    4x 10 had to RP each set(some 2-3x)

    Good session - nice switch up - I'm going to explain I want him to spot me doing HIT(forces and negs)

    Hi fellas, went in and did shoulders and traps, good session again and what a fvcking heat in there.

    Standing db side raises 1 working +rp got 4 more 1 drop

    bent over rev db fly 1 working 1 drop

    rev cable fly 2 sets

    seated shoulder press 1 working 1 drop

    shrug machine db grip 1 working +rp 5 more DD

    behind back shrugs 1 working 1 drop

    Done, am going to take the next two days off a think fellas. Am really sore and fvcked, i need a good rest.

    Fast paced lift tonight. My belly gave me a warning rumble so no deads tonight. My next lifting day is cardio/tinkering with squat form and hitting calves, so I will add in deads on that day this time.
    Pullback with 2 working sets and a slight drop in weight between working sets.

    Crunches and back/lat stretches

    WG pulldown w/ o'hand grip- 2 w/u, Work1-6+ reps, Work2- 8 reps
    Parallel grip pulldown-1 w/u, Work1-7 reps, Work 2- 8+ reps.
    Tbar rows - 1 w/u, Work1-6 reps, Work2-7 reps.
    Low pulley rows w/ V handle- Work1-10+ reps, Work2- 8+ reps.
    D'bell rows off of a flat bench- 6 slow reps /side.

    34 minutes not including crunches and stretches. Really wanted to hit deads because everything was going well, but I didn't think it was wise considering the things my stomach was doing. Will defo get them in on cardio day.
    Upper back and the erectors down each side of spine are on fire. Mmmmm, nice.

    db preacher over back of incline bench
    2 feel sets
    1 working set plus 2 drops

    bent over concentration curls with the low cable
    2 working sets plus 2 forced reps

    Hammer db curls
    2 working sets failure

    db wrist curls
    2 sets- higher end reps

    My forearms tendons and fascia are like hard and swollen from yesterdays bicep, chest is also torched but thats normal... problem is I have back and hams for today which is particularly agressive on forearms... lets hope for the best, cant postpone it, cant train tomorrow

    Self reminder, reduce morning coffee, starting to feel my BP.
