Had to take some muscle relaxers which also help to distress me with all the fucking shit in my head, so cant wait to get in the gym.

Flexibility is amazing guys and the pain is going, I am getting right back into my squatting position and my hands are right in the position for me to squat big again.

Shoulder pressing is going great, nothing to heavy but still productive

    chest is going well

Health still a problem but its down to an infection which no one seems to know what it is.

Oh it's Wednesday which means Leg Day in my little dungeon. F'n killed them. Actually almost made myself sick. Easy to make other guys sick but myself is a bit harder. Anyway....

Extensions: Went a bit heavier than normal (wee bit) but still kept reps up. Low reps on these are too dangerous anymore in my mind...
Squats: Multiple warm ups then 1st pseudo working set: racked it at 10 was way too easy. Added 50 and got a real solid 10. Enough squats.
Verticals: 2 working, reps 15 and about 12 or so. Non lock, quick pace
Seated curls: 2 working, reps 12-15 with drop on last
    Calf crap.

Felt real strong today. Took a quite veiny relaxed quad pic after I was finished. Can post if anyone wants. I don't like the angle but shows some cool veins if into that...

    Back this morning,

Still high reps...couple more days. Ill go into full HIT.

    Standing straight arms

    Bent over smith rows

    Single arm smith rows

    High pully hammer strength

    Wide grip pull downs.

Back is feeling good, but leg constantly feels numb/tingling. like falling asleep. Only time I really have pain is a full stretch on lat pull downs and when I cough. :/

Wife is less the a week out for surgery, and then we r moving in with her parents. Hoping this doesn't mess with training, they have a gym right across the street just hopping theres a day car lol.

    Lol yeah...we have to.

With the hours I work and a 30# 9 month year old.

There is no way we can make it on our own. I couldn't afford to hire someone 5 days a week to help her with the baby.

And thank you...next Wednesday the big day....well if insurance finally approves

Endless day at work, but was a rest-day anyways.

Biceps still tight from Monday. Have been adding a rest-pause before dropping and then again after the drop to try to get more pain to register.

Going to try to hit triceps & side delts tomorrow.

Glad to see everyone is well. Marcus, very happy you are making serious advances with the shoulder. Sfla, good luck with things, lots on your plate, sorry.

Haven't been able to sleep on my back for decades. Have to sleep on my side or sitting up. Been told I sound like an A-10 on a strafing run.

    Morning HITers,

Damn if I didn't pull something in my lower L side of back(compensating for my R side) just popped up on me - FFS! I'm sure I can get it loose enough to hit something today...

I'm holding 212 still but filling out and Defo growing... Gotta eat more(anytime and every time I possibly can)

    Have a kickass day all!

Woke up to find that it's still not Friday yet.

Still not recovered, plus this work-week kicked my butt. Gonna push the workout off another day - just not physically & mentally ready.

Another cup of coffee on its way, have a great one everybody!
