I like all of the avatars you've posted, even the ones like this. LOL, when I saw this, I suddenly had a distinctly British voice echoing in my head yelling something about "One more rep, you fat bucket of shyte!"

He's completely wrecked his appearance, IMO. All of his real muscle is hidden/covered with that PMMA goop.

Edit: Enhancement is one thing, but he just looks like a caulk job that went horribly wrong?

    Morning HITers!

Looks like the w/e rest has surely helped.. I went from crawling to walking without pain quite quickly... It's definitely tight but I'll watch it for... Definitely rolling and stair stepper to see how loose I can get it... Hope to do back and traps today but we will see! Not gonna put myself out further but if I can do it it'll get done!

    Have a great day all!

Is it an early model with the old 340a bracelet, or the later produced 345a bracelet?

I always try to internally rotate my elbows in and keep back arched and locked and pop my chest(slightly) at peak contraction.... Lats become fully engaged

I know I just did. Gave it the one-two punch. Chewed up a .5mg Xanax and a half Flexeril. Shouldn't keep me down too long. Just enough to rest and get up to hit legs before I go into work after midnight.

Back loosened up well! I was able to get in a decent lift!
Stretching rolling RC ex's - lots of hanging pushing body back to open up shoulder

    Delts/& tri work

    Standing MP press w/axle bar
    3warm ups 2 feelers
    2w heavy 2RPs then 3 drops

Squatting under bar arms locked out holding for 1min
    4x

    Kettle Bell presses - unilaterally
4x 6-10 licking out pushing head thru -- failure

Face pulls w/bands(great contraction) tension is constant
    2w 2RPs 2 drops failure

    Rev grip bench
    2 warm ups
Pyramided up then back down(6-8 sets)

    Extensions
2w 3 drops slow and controlled

    Cable Kickbacks
    2w 2RPs and 2drops after to failure

Tris were mangled from pressing - that's a good thing / it may mean my R tricep is firing with my L

rolling quads in a minute, gonna go tear them up, gonna pyramid up with back squats, pyramid down with seated quad curls, and finishing with front bb squats. If I will still feel some fire in me by the end of it all, will throw in some walking lounges!

Everything happened but not the walking lounges... I literally almost puked myself on last set of front bb squats, mission accomplished, cramps in the shower proved shitstorm took its place right, took 5g potassium, 2g magnesium citrate and good few other supps, downed with 60g quality whey and will be hitting bed for recovery now.

    Back tonight

    Standing pds 4 sets

Seated cg rows 2f 1w dd

    Old school tbar 2f 1w d

    Low pully hammer strength 2w

    Smith bent over rows 2w

By this time everyone in the gym was doing back...and had no open equipment left. Did high pully cable crossover is the best way I can explain it.

And done after. Was a good session. Strength is coming back.

I really like em... Forces you to use/& engage your lats(hits/strengthens your front delts)... On the smith when no spotter I can shift some decent weight and I like the tricep lockout on them as well!

Usually but I'll throw them in on chest day too... Sometimes I'll go CG rev grip for tris too... Or on any pressing day if doing any PL work - they can get tossed in
