Looks like the w/e rest has surely helped.. I went from crawling to walking without pain quite quickly... It's definitely tight but I'll watch it for... Definitely rolling and stair stepper to see how loose I can get it... Hope to do back and traps today but we will see! Not gonna put myself out further but if I can do it it'll get done!

I literally almost puked myself on last set of front bb squats, mission accomplished, cramps in the shower proved shitstorm took its place right, took 5g potassium, 2g magnesium citrate and good few other supps, downed with 60g quality whey and will be hitting bed for recovery now.
