What's more promising, I don't really feel the molecule, sure there are minor changes in appetite (+) and light sensitivity (+), but were it Test I would be feeling like crap, I think it's reasonable to deduct the sides from Test aren't from AR activation...
What's giving me an hard time is drowsiness from the caber, it should have gone away by now.

I have vaca starting tonight, so ended up having to work just about 52 hours in the last 4 days.

Bodacious have you ever pinned 2cc in delts before?
You are a big guy shouldn't be the issue except for getting used to the volume.
When I pinn delts, I don't necessarily have pip, just have that full feeling of oil there is the best way I can explain.....some discomfort.
Never done quads either. Well once, but I did it in the lower tear drop and couldn't walk for a week. I'll give them ago if u do hahahhaha.

No they are not from the same lab. This is the first time I have ran anything other than test. So it could be normal I don't know that why I posted it. Plus it could be the volume at 2cc in the delt???? I asked a few guys about the 2cc in the delt and they all said it shouldn't be a problem. So I just need to man up I guess. I am going to try it one more time hopefully it will get better.

Finally my appetite is pretty much back - man this flu wooped my ass - it's been a long time since I was sick like that -
Feels Good to start coming out of it - gonna really carb up and try and hit the gym later after some meals are in me of just hit it in the am - but I'm feeling so much better now -

Afternoon. Today went well with quitting the job for another. The boss took it better than I thought.
Just got in from chest n bi's blood n guts style. I was at 265lb for 6 reps before I started with Yates. I climbed to 230lb for 9 on decline today. Feeling pretty accomplished. I feel like I'm getting more and more out of my training since starting to read in here. I've done a lot of skimming and have caught on quite a bit but I learn more on this board every week. Great to have some fellas to share the experience with! HITem up fellas and happy Friday!
Shoulders and triceps
Not HIT today, headache and maybe coming down with something. Lots of movement in gym, new shinning hammer machines.
Hammer shoulder press - 2 warmups, 1 feeler, 1 working with double drop
Behind the neck shoulder press - 1 warmup, 2 working
Side DB raises - 1 warmup, 1 working quad drop
Cable front raise SS cable lateral raises - 2 sets
Machine shrugs SS DB shrugs - 2 warmup, 1 working double drop
Close grip bench press - 1 warmup, 2 working
Incline french press behind head, one DB - 1 warmup, 1 feeler, 1 working
Skull crushers with DBs - 2 working
Cable tricep extension - 1 feeler, 1 working with double drop.

I'm back at 200lbs (5'8"), managed to stay around to 205 during my TRT "application", but completely fat, started to get a stomach lol, was eating a lot to try and maintain mass, didnt work so good.
So did a little recomp, or slow cut, muscles came back easy and got rid of a lot of fat. Actually was better 2 weeks ago when finished the tren, you know how it is...
Shoulders went well.
Had to do a lot of improvising.
Seated BB press 2w 1f 1w slow forced failure reps at end. Had a spotter this time.
Leaning 1 arm db laterals 2w (lack of dbs for drops)
Palms up ez bar front raise SS into ez bar Uprights 2w
Reverse hammer strength 2w rp drop
Behind back cables SS into front cables
Good session. This lack of dbs is gonna be an issue. This gym is a freaking mess. No organization
