Chest is a tad sore today, probably will be worse tomorrow. Back is wicked sore from several days ago.
The wife has tamed another stray kitten that some asshole dumped out close to our house. I came home and she was holding a small orange kitten. I asked her where the fvck Vitamin C came from and apparently that means I have named the kitten, so she is keeping it. Taking it to the vet tomorrow to get it spayed. So far, my boy/the beast just looks at it without much interest, so hopefully this won't be a waste of $$ and the kitten doesn't become a chew toy or get accidentally crushed; that would wreck the wife for weeks and I don't enjoy seeing animals get hurt either. Guess I'll part with a few $$ I had set aside for something else, but anyway.
Legs will be next in the rotation. May try out something out of that guaiacol stuff; either the TNE/TrNE or the TNE/TrNE/ drol blend. Figure I should sweat it out within a day or so.There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

That's sounds promising, Clarky. Enjoy yourself and eat a little "extra more" while you rest up this weekend. Might be just the thing you need.

For just concealing a zit for a day you can use hydrocortisone cream.
But to prevent zits use a facial scrub and then a light moisturizer like Biotherm.
Also, ultraviolet radiation seems to cure zits, so some light tanning might help.
Never tried topical antibiotics myself.

Hi guys, still here just busier.
Been training strong this week, didnt bother to log as pretty much same stuff with minor alterations. Always trying to go to failure, and past it.
Nutrition has been TDEE as not wanting to gain much fat.
Will only start new cycle in 2017, but already looking forward to it
Hope you get better fast Clarky!

I hated Guaiacol. I could taste the stuff halfway through pinning. I steer clear of it, seemed to make me feel like I had the flu for about 12 hours after pinning. I scrambled to order other gear to save the cycle a few years ago. Pinned smooth as hell though, no pip. But hey, some people don't get along with EO, and I think it's great.
I know what you mean about needing an airtight container, I've still got some old vials rolling around in the back of the cabinet that still smell after a couple of years.

What's up fellas!
I need to break down this scar tissue in the rear of my delt... I can feel it building back up b/c my ROM is less - most days I can barely get my arm parallel to the floor... I need this thing manually stretched/& released... strength is way down but that can always come back... It sure is feeling very weak tho.
I hope you all have a great w/e fellas!

Nach, don't know how it's in the US, but over here you can get a doctor to prescribe massage and physiotherapy, which doesn't make it free, but reduces costs a lot. Alternative is to find someone who's both good and cheap.
Just had a great workout, first time at the new gym.
I was pleased, no worse than were I used to train, perhaps a little better even.
It took me a 40min walk in snow and up and down roads to get there.
Pec program:
Step Mach: 4 min
Dec.bench: 8@40k, 12@40k, 12@60k, 8@80k, 8@120k, 8@140k
Incline.bench-DB: 20@12,5k, 12@15k, 12@20k, 10@30k, 7@40k
Lateral raise-DB: 12@6k, 12@10k, 12@12,5k
Flyes-DB: 12@10k, 12@15k, 12@25k, 12@30k, 12@30k
Dips:20,20,20,20,20,20,20
Time=58min
(So I trained pretty light/moderate weights with quite short breaks,
was alone at the gym so didn't have a spotter)
Since I knew the gym was a bit far away I brought with me some NovoRapid slin. Took 10u immediately after I showered and downed a protein shake + 8mo. baby formula w oatmeal. Also took some glucosamine.
I started walking home, sipping on a carb drink (50g total carbs), but I hadn't taken into account how tiresome the walking was, up and down all the time, and carrying my gym bag (which for some reason I even got 2kgs weights in),
and the snow was at about 10cm which is just enough to make it more difficult to walk. So I was breathing quite heavily all the time.
What happened was that my legs stole all the glucose that entered my system (along with the pecs ofcourse), so the even though I was sipping carbs I began feeling a bit dizzy and a tingling sensation in my feet. The further I went the more of a tingling I got, until both legs, from feet to hips, and especially the quads were tingling. I did. Ofcourse have more food (protein bars high in carbs) with me, but I knew the problem wasn't a lack of carbs in my stomach, it was my muscles eating up the glucose faster than I could absorb it.
While this has happened before, the degree was a bit worse, I knew I should stop and rest, but it was fucking cold and snowing after all.
I gulped down the rest of the carb drink about 500meters from the house.
With great determination I pushed on, (I knew I wasn't that hypo anyway, I feel symptoms of hypo early) my glucometer was at home so I could only go by feel, but while dizzy, I could still think, but the tingling in my legs made me feel about to fall over. (Not the same tingling as with beta alanine, more like when your legs fall to sleep)
I got inside the house and as soon as I could throw away the clothes I mixed concentrated lemon juice, gelatin (10-15grams), and sugar, a lot of sugar.
(Don't have a scale here so it guesswork)
I then used the glucometer and my blood glucose was a 7,4nmol/L, so I actually had mild hyperglycemia (which is normal right after a meal),
but it still took 10-15 minutes for the tingling in my legs to go away.
Lesson is, when using insulin , physical activity changes everything.
10u post workout at home wouldn't be any problem even if I began feeling a little hypo, some sugar would fix it, but while walking, it didn't seem to help at all. Just something to consider if you ever begin dabbling with slin.
Now I'm tired and beat, will continue to eat more and eventually go to sleep.
Hope you all had a nice day and will have a nice weekend!

Snow already?! Im still in shorts and tshirt ... although there was a bit of rain today, pretty sunny afterwards.
You should have chilled in the gym a bit after the insulin shot.

I of ofcourse mean 7,4mmol/L. And for those who don't know, the "ideal" number is 5,5mmol/L. Less than 4mmol/L is hypo, though I bet many here wake in the morning with about 4mmol/L serum glucose.
When it goes over 20mmol/L you have such a degree of hyperglycemia that your kidneys start to filter out sugar, and you can start to sell your urine as lemonade of you just add some aroma, cause it's sweet.
After a meal it's not uncommon for it to jump up to nearly 10mmol/L, but with normal function it's should return to 5,5mmol/L within 2 hours after a meal or a couple of bottles of Coca Cola for that matter.
(So no matter the amount of carbs taken in, it should basically be normal again about 2 hours later)
Dangerous hypoglycemia is when it goes down to 2mmol/L, which I've never experienced. Lowest I've measured is 3,4mmol/L, and I was shaking so bad then i would have drunk somebodys blood if I hadn't access to food.
So symptoms of hypo wary a great deal between individuals.

I hope it becomes more popular in the yrs to come.
A potent androgen/anabolic , a progestin, and aromatizes. Everything I need in one molecule.

Yes I know, but the gym closes at 2300. and I was finished 2305.
Snowing a lot today actually. I just hope the temp goes down a couple of more degrees, cause it's much worse when it's just a couple of degrees below zero.
When it goes down to -5 the air clears and it feels better.
Then it drops down to -15 at some point (perhaps even -20 for some periods) and you wish u didn't live here.

Yeah, MENT (trestolone) is one of those compounds I'd really like to try.
If it can in fact replace T, that would be amazing.
Seems like a perfect compound (except for those who worry about shut down),
but being more androgenic in muscle, but less androgenic than DHT in the prostate, but still androgenic enough for libido makes it a very intresting compound.

So the tren is not enough for you? are you still at same dosage?

Indeed I am, and I'm starting to get some serious sides, the sort of chocolate cravings progestogenic effects on mood are what's is more prominent above everything.
It's not that is not enough, but were I able to get MENT, I could potentially drop the T and not even strictly need HCG for the progesterone.

This lab has it for $56 per gram, even if real it's not the most affordable AAS for the moment.

Yes sir, I'm hit and miss with EO. Good proper EO like used in Testolic works great. Some of the industrial grade crap that UGLs use is just nasty and not fit for human consumption.
I agree EO isn't for everyone. Some.of the women who are surrogate mothers, can't tolerate PIO with EO, but do just fine with a different carrier.
To me, Guaiacol has a taste/smell that I can only compare to dissolving a Mucinex guaifenesin tab on my tongue. I'm pretty sure the two compounds are related just due to.the taste and smell? There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Feeling rough, believe it is just congestion from this stupid ass weather. Lots of crud behind one ear and in sinuses. Totally spent, but maybe I'll feel better after some coffee or a Pepsi Max.
Going to sit here for a bit and watch some TV. Still.would like.to get in legs tonight before work. Think time changes back tonight.
