    I would like to say don't go wild with the diuretics without staying on top of at least your electrolytes. With the punishment you're going to go through, you don't want to get depleted.
    I'm on a "potassium sparing" diuretic, Trimaterene/HCTZ, and I suddenly came back low after all of these years of being on it. Magnesium supplementation seems to have let me cut my potassium dose in half.

    I was thinking maybe take a few now, I know Im holding water right now so Im having a hard time judging my bf. I will stay away this time around if I compete, I know they flattened me out and didnt allow myself to carb up properly.

    Ah, gotcha. Limited use. I just threw away a bottle of generic HCTZ because it was out of date. You would've been welcome to it.

    That's is on all of my Testovis and I want to say the last batch of Norma enanthates I grabbed had that same logo? I figured it was a European thing?

    Morning all. Had a high volume tricep & front/side delt workout yesterday. Just had a sh*t load of energy & didn't want to stop. I have been benefitting by some strength increases as of late, so pushing heavier and dropping my reps/adding sets for a few movements.

    Starting another blast with test only. Thinking about other compounds after this, will likely be asking lots of questions, hope you won't mind.

    Italian athletes are among the cleanest. No wonder we don't do very well at Olympics, comparing to France and Germany. Not counting the UK as they aren't Euros anymore.

    Morning people! Hope yous all are rocking good!

    Going to with Legs/Push/Pull/Off/>Repeat> routine since yesterday. had amazing legs day yesterday, sore as fuck today, loving it, trying to walk this lactic acid build up off ASAP but aint helping it seems its just getting worse! Loving it!

    Ran with nicely controlled high rep range of 15 reps 3-4 sets with back squats, quad curls, front squats, ham curls, barbel back calf raises, torture done in ~ 40 minutes! Pain is with me since, mission accomplished.

    Today doing chest triceps and some delts

    strength increase still zero, but at least feeling solid, so I choose not to knock it but give it some more time to grow in to me

    Ahh, neighbor dropped off some of this years cold medicine. It's still a tad sharp but he figures by the time it sets for a bit, it should be about 130 proof.
    That one mason jar will last the wife and I all of the way up.to springtime. LOL, we still have about 1/3 gallon from last year.
    The old man is probably pushing 85-90 years old, but ever since I helped his granddaughter out of a bind decades ago with some disrespectful smartasses giving her grief, he brings me some "spring water" about every 3 months or so.

    I do, on completion of current session when it feels I can put in extra rep or two quality reps to finish off the set I mark these events, and every other session when I up extra few KGs on the bar trying to match the reps of previous session but just too often I fall short, then for the next session failure repeats again and then I play down the weight next session just to hit those impossible reps in nice strict form... its mystery, all I see so far is just me being non-responder in some way to androgens I guess. Tried changing routines a bit by isolating one muscle group each day at first and felt real good but also felt like I was leaving too long between muscle groups, then after even tried few weeks going every 12h single muscle group and felt great almost like I felt minor increase in strength but at the end its taxing on CNS alot, it just moves in as gray cloud of depressive unwillingness to move anything anywhere, especially your ass to the gym as you feel extra fatigue, like a jet lag... over-training I guess.

    Current plan now is to work in a schedule of legs/push/pull and move toward heavier weight/lower rep range and do more HIT orientated as majority of movements. Gotta go play with carb-depletion and carb loading diet again in conjunction to this, I remember it helped me regain my strength pretty well from several months off of training. everything needs time

    Trybwaiting till you hit say 6-8 solid reps and when your hitting them without forced reps RPs etc then up the weight b/c it will go up if your reps were at say 4-5 then you get to 6-8 solid I prefer the latter then your weights wilm jump up - I don't think you give yourself enough reps to then go into progressive overload /

    But you've got it working just a small tweak here and there could mean the biggest difference buddy

    Thanks NACH, noted. You may be on to something. I try to be cautious about tearing something as I recall it wasnt taking much before, even though I warm up and stretch prior going in to the session if I do RP's and try overload after finished set next day around it almost feels like tendinitis and that shit lasts for week or more... so just thinking around these possible issues

    Seeing a urologist wednesday. For trt. Got my bloods today but dont have the paperwork...test was very low. If this dr. doesnt put me on trt then i will do it myself. Look out bcuz im making a comeback hehe. Hope everyone had a great and safe weekend

    You've been off this whole time? No don't st anything / if they say your ok by looking at you and how you hold muscle you make damn sure you explain how hard it it had been just to maintain your weight etc and have been losing weight not focused foggy lethargic depressed well being is shit - feel him out tho if young I'd still refrain from telling him about old use tho it can impact INS decisions - ones that don't get paid b/c everything is from AAS use now younsee how our govt works lol pittyful
