Machine curls: 3 wu 2 ws
One armed preachers: heavy 1 ws 7 reps, 1ws 6 reps with positive assist to fail
Reverse curls: 2 ws
Scott curls: 2ws each with 10 second negatives & partial reps to finish set
15 minutes obliques

I remembered I asked you this and back tracked to find it. Hey, BB'ing is a way of life, but cant get in the way of your life. If I can give you any advice, find a substitute for tren , it just isnt marriage friendly.......especially if the Mrs's isn't into it with you. Im sure you know, it changes your personality, makes one selfish and prideful which I seen and know to well takes its toll on relationships. Glad to hear about the trt, get dieting hardcore, put the work and dedication into that and you wont need tren....thats what I do. Good luck pal.

Very busy with work and preparing for some jobs going on in December. Squat rack should be delivered tomorrow. Will screw up my sleep but unloading it will compensate. Probably hit.shoulders Wednesday, and hopefully put rack together Thurs. or.so?

Hows everyone doing?
Going for in for back in a few, getting ready to pump some serious blood in the lats. Luv doing just back, usually I would do some hams too, but as I'm not training quads due to injury going to leave it for the legs day.
Still training strong, with as much intensity as I can. Cardio is suffering tough, hate indoors cardio, much easier to jog by seaside watching the sunset
Ordered some deca and test susp for my next cycle, probably only starting in january but I like to plan ahead hehe. Still have TRT doc and bloods to do before I can start.
So, has everybody set the new years goals?

I'm thinking Jan/Feb myself on a bulk test NPP/drol but thinking of adding 100mgs of Ace to my TRT now...
Goals
215 & 8% it'll be the lowest I've been bf% wise and the most tissue I'd be carrying - hopefully the shoulder will hold up enough and able to work around it(setting up ART sessions to help with sticking muscles and lots of scar tissueusing more hammer strength stuff to strengthen up and doing HIT

Oh you'll like that approach.....soon as I get the all clear from my doc's I'm back on something, may just be that again. Pulled BW yesterday morning, had a 0715 appt. One other person there and only one lab tech. All went quickly but I kept hearing their door chime when I was being tended to. I came out and there must have been a dozed people there at a minimum. Hopefully they packed a lunch...

Hi fellas, i did chest as a missed it at the wk end and i have a wee niggle going on round my elbows so gave arms a miss. Hey! Nach this was one of them fvcking session where i could not be arsed really could not be but it turned out to be good.
Only three simple ex and i fried it.
Cable fly 1 working +rp DD
Pec dec 1 working +rp DD. **new weight**
Incline press 1 working DD. ** new weight**
Done' it was burning like a fvcker.

Ok, no lifting for me tonight. Squat rack unloaded and in place in the shop. The thing is a beast. Old and high mileage like.me, but still plenty of working life left (in the squat rack anyway).

Not really, LOL. Most.of 1 side is my lifting area, reloading and gun related.tinkering in the back left corner, several toolboxes down 1 wall, my oxy acetylene rig, and my Tig welder, and small roll around welding table. Deep freezer in another place. Really need about twice the area for some projects, but I get by.
