You know what A.R.T.(Active Release Therapy) Sessions are right BB? They get really deep and grab the muscle and use their knuckles scrapping bars that gets the sticking muscles to slide & stretch again many sessions needed for me! just - I'll find a pic
look on YouTube of people getting it done around the world - they guy I'm going to is farther away but works on all athletes including BBers so I'm hoping its gtg - I saw a vid on Dennis Wolfe and he was just in tons of pain they say you feel great after but we'll see I'll let youse know

Hi fellas, did shoulders and traps earlier, ok session starting a pull back. It's needed the now, am a bit drained so it's time.
Standing db side raises 1 working DD
Bent over rev db fly 3 sets
Seated shoulder press 1 working DD ( smith)
BB shrugs 3 sets. ( smith)
Done, nice and simple with a good burn on all ex. I usually do about 2wks for a pull back so i'll see how this goes.

Got my bloods just without hormones theyre coming later. Only thing out of range is CO2, A/G ratio, and GFR. Thoughts?

Not exactly sure but last time i pulled bloods i dont remember this ahowing up. But i did have creatnine and bun issues with my bw last time. But now they are normal range. The gfr is 74.5. Google said filtration rate is somewhere between normal and stage 3 KD. What do u think?

I popped a Tviron amp today, draw the oil in syringe and topped at 0.7ml. The rest, was left in the cap, which I already tossed in the bin.

talk about whats left in the nipple of the syringe plus the needle. I use 23g now and I suck dry the amp everytime but regardless how well I try do the bubble technique, I get ~10-20mg worth of test left in the needle/barrel nipple every damn time ... so in your case maybe youve just scored ~200mg worth of test this time...? for this reason I kinda like 29g slin pins, first draw some hcg in it then test, and when injecting first goes test then hcg cleaning the way and so I make sure I get my accurate dose of test out of the syringe, just some DIY

Anybody wanna talk about schedules, goal hitting times and deadlines?
it appears to me that I do best if I know what needs to be done and I set no time no schedule and I just happen to accomplish all shit naturally ahead of time, otherwise if I set time for my tasks I happen to wait till last moment just to find myself struggling with lack of time and ton of other major shit in the way...meaning nothing gets done and to-do list just grows, so as frustration most of the times.
Anyone give me a slap?

Most of us have set our goals for summer - or what we're gonna do compound wise - HIT training But we all have our lil tweaks....
I'm going for 215 @ 8% and hopefully more functional shoulder with it getting more work(A.R.T) -

I've always done it that way, by chance I didn't happen to notice the oil in the cap.
I've been implementing the bubble air technique for the last month and it already spared me lot of oil, I waste only about .01 in place of .08 ml. You don't have to pin inject air, I just leave enough to fill the dead space when done.
BTW today my zero dead space slin pins arrived. Needle is 30g 1/2'', might work well with UGL gear but I won't dare to pin Tviron with them, intended use is mostly for HCG .

Im not gonna set my goals because of my nature, to not reach or miss out on them. I just gonna aim on simple stuff, keep on bulking trying not to cross 15% and stay as close to 10% as possible. Will dial down on my TRT and will add small amount of deca and hcg , therapeutic reasons. Gonna keep lifting and work on flexibility because I like the idea and just lets say Jean Claude Vandame was someone i looked up as a youngster, still think hes cool dude. Otherwise by mid of july somewhere will see if it falls to plans ok will run some cut cycle and will see if I can get real shreded, but I set no deadlines or goals, just something I keep in my mind I'm about to do some time in near future. Ok, mixing up a shake then off to the shop. Got to get back into some semblance of lifting on a consistent basis. Slightly burnt my eyes last night at work on a quick welding job. Glad I keep some proparacaine on hand.
