    On another note, my shoulder is feeling really good right now. Will try not to sleep on that side today and hope for 100%+ on shoulders tonight. After that, it will be squat and calves next. Really going to make sure I stretch the delts beforehand and see if I can get a better hand position on the bar. Went a tad narrower last time, and I think I put too much strain on my elbows when pulling the bar into my traps. That's the only thing I can figure anyway because I couldn't hit flyes on chest day, but d'bell presses weren't an issue.

    Time for legs. Right hip's irritating me for some reason so I'll have to see how this goes and report back. Or I'll have my administrative assistant report in for me if she ever gets off the computer...

    Legs ended up going quite well. Once I got to verticals I did my first several sets with my newer, closer stance. I kept feeling some slight discomfort. When I got to my first psuedo working set I thought I'd try my normal shoulder width foot position. Immediately zero discomfort. Felt good mentally and physically. Squats next again with no issues. Followed by the usual crap I do as I have minimal equipment.

    Which leads me to a big announcement. For me anyway. I joined a local gym! Figured I'd give it a try as I had enough money left on my insurance to cover 5 months of a membership. If I don't spend the money I lose it so......wtf. Now, if I can just talk myself into going to work out around other annoying fucking humans. This will be a challenge but it will be nice to have some different equipment to work on. The gym is only a mile away.

    It is a bad time of the year to go to a gym! In fact, Im taking a break myself lol

    Well, now you have the basement and the local gym. Lots of resolutioners right now but should die down soon.

    It's an independent place, no big name. Plus I'll be going early afternoon probably around 1pm or so. Shouldn't be to bad then I hope.

    Wow so my first day back in a very long time, and I see Cape is back in the house!!!

    Well guys just needed to come in and say hello. Been a shit show for me the last month- month and a half. Work is insanely busy and taking a lot of my time and energy. People quitting, training new people, little to no help from fellow mangers. (almost like they do the opposite of helping ) .

    Been in and out of the gym nothing at all to write home about. I feel like crap actually. Even the other day added a little TNE to my trt pin and hit the gym and still felt unmotivated.

    Life is just getting in the way now.

    Back has been killing me also lately. Sad to say I might be out of the game for awhile. Went to same doc that did my wifes surgery. He basically said we can try the epidural shots, but basically prolonging surgery. He wants to do same surgery as my wife. TLIF fusion. Also had second opnion on this and this guy says shots are worthless and only surgery to get is the fusion don't let them talk to you into a different type.

    So now its just a waiting game, seeing how long I can last like this. Hurts to sleep, stand , walk , hahahhaha fvk I'm a mess.

    But anyways. cant get this damn site to work on my new phone. Even try to open in the browser and doesn't work. So ill check in when I'm available on the computer.

    I hope everyone here had a wonderful xmas/holidays and an excellent new year.

    That's the thing brother, I don't have the intensity. I don't know things are different. I'm just not pushing the envelope like I used to. Maybe the deca hasn't kicked in. Thinking about adding tren . Then remember what a toll that takes. But also remember what a beast it unleashes. I gotta get my mind right.

    Fellas... as I said the other day my TrenNE has not crystallized but collected a little bit at the bottom - I just vented bit with a pin and had it on the stove for 20ish min on Med heat taking it out and swirling it .... there are no swirls Ima take a pic but the rubber stopper(where crimped) seemed to burn up - is it even worth trying to shoot?? Never had this problem bringing anything back(and yes it's EO/& guaiacol

    It's hard to tell from the pic. Looks like there's still a ring of residue at the bottom, but it doesn't look crashed to me. I'd have to see it up close to decide whether or not to use it but from the pics it looks ok to me.

    No swirls at all just a lil residue at the bottom - it's really not bad I may try it unless someone else chimes in - Defo isnt crystallized tho?!

    I thought the same - I know the pics didn't come out nice but it's exactly what it looks like - surely not crystallized - and thank you so much for all your help/& knowledge in this as I was not sure but knew it didn't crash at all!
