On another note, my shoulder is feeling really good right now. Will try not to sleep on that side today and hope for 100%+ on shoulders tonight. After that, it will be squat and calves next. Really going to make sure I stretch the delts beforehand and see if I can get a better hand position on the bar. Went a tad narrower last time, and I think I put too much strain on my elbows when pulling the bar into my traps. That's the only thing I can figure anyway because I couldn't hit flyes on chest day, but d'bell presses weren't an issue.
