Thoughts are as long as you're feeling it and seeing progress it doesn't matter what you do. Only thing with tri's is I always prefer to add in something overhead to work the muscle through it's longest range of motion. Some type of pressdown, something to the head, then something over the head. Just in no particular order. This basically attacks the tri's from all angles.

Standing calf raises 4 straight sets
Smith machine squat 1 set 14 reps plus 6 breathing reps
Front squats deep 1 straight set
Seated ham curls 1 set to failure followed by 1 double drop 4/2/2
Romanian deadlifts 1 straight set

Have noticed the same thing, Igi. I used to get wicked inner ear problems and a nasty respiratory bug several times a year but since adding in NAC it has been much less frequent. Didn't really put the 2 together until Mr. BB mentioned it in his post this morning.

Cardio man I got on that dam exercise bike that thru me down stairs yesterday.I lasted 15min" You talk about bored! I can ride a real bike all day but I can't deal with them things.But I guess I am going to have to figure a way too keep my ass on it.

Did back the day, good session.
WG pd 2 working 1 drop
Seated row cg 2 working DD
T bar 2 working DD
DB rows 3 sets
Straight arm pd 2 working 1 drop
Seated row 2 working DD. Machine
Done, good session, the db rows i did face down on a slight incline bench. Never did these before, i was just getting a feel for it, i liked these and will be doing these again.

Should be G2G. Labs were good, the appointment is just a routine check since she upped my dose. LOL, tempted to going ahead and start but I won't. If I'm feeling slack@ss when I wake up later, I may hit a little suspension just to get me moving...maybe? I was asleep when they called with my values so my writing wasn't the greatest when I copied them down? I'll try to log in on the healthcare portal later and see if they are posted yet.

Can't drink beer any more although I drank my share when I was in my teens. Definitely drank more than my share of Jack Daniels and George Dickel when I was young as well. Nowadays, it is just the an infrequent shot of moonshine if I've had a rough day, have a cold coming on, have a hangnail or something along those lines.

Hmmm, sound good. About this blast, what you thinking again ? . I'm just going to run some tren i think and see how things go. Tren a, BB did/does this and it works fine. 3-400mg wk no more. I will have test as well if i need it.

Testex or Testovis and low dose tren ace for me as well. I did a short run using only ~100mg/week on top of my normal TRT plus 50mg of prop 2 days after my TRT and 50mg of prop 2 days before my TRT and it worked really well. Had no cardio issues and it really helped me break in the squat rack.
Edit: I have to give he credit to Kel on that one. When he told me.how he runs a low dose if he runs tren, I had to give it a go. Was definitely satisfied and it didn't fvck up my hematocrit as much as I was expecting.Last edited by almostgone; 01-13-2017 at 01:56 PM.

Sounds good, very first time i ran tren it was pro chem lol so yes that far back i can't remember how much but it was to much. I have used a couple since then but they have been disgraceful. I just can not use prop AG no mater how much i pin ml it hurts so bad and i get a lump.
The last blast was the first time i used pharma test and i was the bollocks (minted) i have used so many ugl's and they have been so so bad. I've only really had a couple of good cycles. Anyway lol off point sorry as you know i use nebido for my TRT pin every 10 wks so hoping it will be enough for my next blast.

Exceptional back n shoulders today!
Shoulder width grip pulldowns (D handle): 2 sets.
Reverse grip smith supported rows: 2 sets heavy, RP on last
T Bars (old style): 2 real heavy. Cranked the weight up on these and slammed it.
Shrugs: 2 sets. Went heavier than normal and felt good. Could have put some more on but form would have sufferred.
Smith Press: 2 sets, DD on last
Laterals: 2 sets, heavy and fast pace
Dumbell front raises (same time): 2 sets moderate weight
Rears: same as above
Real good day today. Energy and motivation today was through the roof. Now if I can just figure out why. WTF.
