Yes sir, I do take a baby aspirin with my morning and evening meds. I don't think it has any effect on my clotting disorder, but it can't hurt. How about you, boss? You take aspirin on a regular basis?

Ugh, working on writing up some of the projects I've done at work. Should eventually bump me up in $$ which is always great, but I hate writing about myself, still not sure I like myself most days.
When I go back and read what I have written up so far, it sounds egocentric and there seems to be an excessive use of the pronoun "I".

    Morning

Just took a nebido shot, feeling good although test was lower than I wanted, probably switching to 11 weeks.

    Legs later today.

    Yesterdays shoulders 'nd tris:

Smith shoulder press: 3 warmups (was feeling stiffness), 2 working double drop
DB lateral raises: 1 warmup, 1 feeler, 2 working triple drop, pump like didnt feel since last cycle, npp is starting to showup
cable front raises superset with laterals: 3 sets, last set down to partials.
pannata back deltoid: 3 sets, isolation exercise, concentrate on form and range of motion to avoid using lats.

Triceps close grip press: 2 feeler, 1 working
DB triceps press (1 db both hands, seat about 60º): 1 warmup, 1 feeler, 1 working, need to increase weight on this but its getting harder to put get into position.
triceps pushdown: 2 feeler, 2 working double drop

That was by far my favorite tricep exercise.... even after my first shoulder sugery. I would trade off from DB, to EZ bar(but always sitting straight up).... now my hand won't go behind my head due to the loss of ROM in R arm -- but if I lay back on Incline bench/or flat(hits a different part but still stretches that long head) and use my legs as my base arch my back w/butt not touching the bench, I can't manipulate the movement.... not exactly like the French press but as close as I can get to doing it upright!

Do you do it upright like in this photo?

I prefer a bit inclined with my back supported, you need a short bench to be able to do it so the DB doesnt hit it.

    Sorry about your shoulder .

Prefer DB, less stress on wrist . With the back supported it allows you higher weight, and the stretch is the same as upright. With 120's im already over 12 reps, next dbs are the 132lbs (60kgs), could not do it unsupported.

I'm with you on this Nach, feel your pain. Damn RC really limits options in the gym.

Was a great week of training for me, solid workouts - legs/hips liking to be addressed.

Thanks BB.... regarding shoulder --- also
Yes, DBs are a much more natural feel, as well! And you get a better stretch on the long head, too w/DBs!

Yeah upright then also the lying skulls with db's. Destroys the long head which helps to pack on super size especially if you like the hanging tricep look in the double bicep pose

    For your consideration:

Blue T-shirt pic: 3 years ago at 55. My second hip was replaced 6 months before & was finally without non-stop pain for the first time in 7 years. Weight at 215 with bf at around 30%. Waist size was a 38. I did not know at that time that I had a pituitary adenoma with prolactin approaching 500 and T below 100. Also the praying mantis in the pic was giving me sh*t because his arms were bigger than mine. The little f*ck, was right.

Middle pic: 15 months ago, right when I started TRT. The caber shrank my tumor and got my prolactin to normal amounts, but my T did not return. However, the paleo diet really helped and I was hitting the gym 4-5 x per week. Weight was at 182, waist down to 34. Progress could have been better, but I didn’t do any cardio because I didn’t want to push the hips too much and the RC was reminding me it was still a problem. Added some ink during that time as well, thought it would hide the fact that I didn’t have any muscle.

Final pic: 57 years old, 7 months on TRT at 150mg./week and almost done with a 3 month blast at 525. Waist had actually dropped to 32 with TRT, but up to 33 with and after the blast; weight at 198. Where’s that praying mantis, let’s compare arms now.

The ones I take are 82mg, so just a tad more than 150mg. When are your next labs?

Waist size was a 38. I did not know at that time that I had a pituitary adenoma with prolactin approaching 500 and T below 100. Also the praying mantis in the pic was giving me sh*t because his arms were bigger than mine. The little f*ck, was right.

That antibiotics tore up my stomach but is over now. A late start to the new year but back in the groove. Tomorrow workout should be spectacular!
