Me neither, but when you said you used a belt for back and legs, I had a mental flash of you wearing a belt on your vertical leg presses and my mind went straight to WTF? Then, I decided I better ask you and find out. Didn't want to miss out on anything.

Hands down my Bob's is the best belt I've ever had in my life. I got the deadlift belt - 4" wide in back and 3" in the front and the transition is perfect. Hellaciously tough hardware, too. You can tell they go the extra mile on them. I sweat like a rented jackass and the dye from the leather has not bled out onto my shirts or anything, and I got a funky OD green belt.
If I can ever/ when I do get my squat weights up there, I honestly would buy one of their original 4" power belts.
I'm still watching CL and other places for that piece of machinery you were looking for.

LOL, while I'm pestering you with questions, what are your thoughts on front squats? Throw them in occasionally or not so much?

Mine is their power belt, also in green. Had it for well over 20 years. Still perfect. I'd skip heavy squats if I did not have that belt.

Not the biggest fan of fronts. I used to do my share when I was in a commercial gym but it's just not a comfortable movement. Damn bar just digs into my shoulder girdle in a nasty way. The pain from that plus trying to hold up the weight just makes it not worth the effort to me.

My training is not to my standard at the moment due to fighting health issues but when I go in the gym, I make it count!
Weights are down and motivation is lacking but I'm holding 260lbs and been off cycle for 2.5yrs just my trt. A little extra fat gain recently which I am slowly attacking via cardio but nothing catabolic for sure

I am really considering not cycling again to be honest but will update on this once I make my mind up. What many may not understand or believe is ive been doing this for 30 yrs and trust me when I say I've always trained intense with a kind of sadistic mentality which hasn't done my body any good, I should of listened to myself on this one lol. Ive not started training HIT in the last few yrs its something whats been breed into me so when I think back over the 30yrs I really don't know how ive done it but I'm still here trying to get back to my fighting weight but only time will tell.

Your version of sub par training is by far the best training some may ever see and feel! I know you know this but it's what separates the avg from the freak you've become! It's been a priveledge to watch as I've been here let alone be apart of this ever growing with knowledge thread of yours!

I can honestly say if it weren't for this thread Marcus, I'd not be anywhere close to where I know I can be.... I'm still fighting for size myself! I wish I knew half of what I know now prior to coming to this thread.

You've been at this for as long as I've been alive... that's truly a testament to you, what and who you are, and the mindset it takes day in and day out to achieve that look - your carved from granite mate! I can't say enough how thankful I am for you, and this thread full of warriors going to battle.... it keeps me going on days where I can not(literally) lift my right arm up 40*(forget 90 lol)! So just remember what you give to all of us - and that also goes to AG, & Kel... but this thread is a fuckin GOLDMINE of Info!

Thank you and the crew for helping me make the best version of myself - despite injuries and setbacks! I define who I am - NOT my injuries!

    Nach

Edit* I'll post up my lift a lil later fellas... have some clients to attend to!

How'd you like the side laterals first, Cape!
I liked doing them first. I could really feel the military Presses after them.

I've got the Live album. The intro is like 4 min. So by the time the chours comes in I've loaded weight and ready to punch the clock and go to work.

Very nice... if you do front raises too do them after the side laterals into your presses - feel the burn buddy!
