Absolute total clusterfvck of a shitstorm at work from about 1:00 a.m. until around 11:30. Got everything done that was needed, but missed my frigging lunch again. Had 2 WPI shakes and ~ 50g of plain shredded wheat instead. Getting ready to eat now and then my tired @ss is going comatose.
I've got to get to the shop for legs tonight before I snap on someone at work. On the plus side, I got some really good performance reviews from Engineering and mid-level management so maybe more $$ will be coming up in 6 weeks or so?

Hi fellas, never went in for a session the night fellas, i fell ill at work just before lunch the day. Fvck knows what now i was perfectly fine this morning. I feel so so just now but still have the sick feeling. Arms are fried, struggled at work the day trying to lift stuff lol.
Delts/tris
Lots of RC stretches/& weighted movements shoulder press(palms facing) light for blood flow(5 x20) to loosen up -- tried to get everything to failure and beyond
- seated side laterals
Heavy(ish) w/a shorter ROM
2w 6-8 drop after second working set
- side laterals one side at a time holding & leaning straight from side of thigh
1w 3drops
- rev grip front raises
1w DD
- rear delts w/short Oly bar(35lber)facing Incline flaring elbows to hit rears - s/s'd w/DBs(higher reps)
2w 8-12 failing dropped after each second set
- rev hammer strength press
1w DD
- CG Bench
3warm ups 2 feelers
1w 3drops
- lying Incline DB French press(as close as I can do it) still great stretch and contraction
1w DD
- V-grip pushdowns heavy
1w 3drops
Done and fried I mean fried... good session I'm catching my groove baby!

Basically back was what marcus put up it was great to do and be back to the gym.
Leg day today. Twas a good one and a squat first day, well always after extensions. What's listed is after warm ups.
Extensions: 2 sets 15-20 reps
Squats: First alleged working set I racked at 10 reps as I didn't want to do more reps. Figured I'd go up. Added another plate (think real heavy) and cranked out a solid set of six. Happy with it. All systems firing and it felt smooth.
Verticals: 2 sets 15 reps. Kept weight moderate (plate light) and quick paced reps. Was gasping after these.
Seated curls: 2 sets, 12-15 with drop on last
Calf crap.
Overall a really good day again. Feeling strong. Chest still sore from Monday and did feel that on squats!

My MONOs & WTCs are extremely elevated... most everything else is good to go... HCT 44 - platelets actually even or 2 points over highest range(but I have no spleen) at what point would I need to do a platelet donation? And being I came down with this crud and my WTCs are 3-4 points over the range(I'm obviously fighting off something)... bw is on the page b4 this... TY!

Attachment 167058 chest is fortynine to fifty inch. Your legs are much better than mine. I absolutely loathe my calves. Arm stayed cut for the end of a bulk. So my dumb ass decides to run tren. I do not need it I could cut naturally. I doubt I use tren again. Put more weight on my neck chest and shoulders than rest of my body combined. I am not working my arms right. My triceps cant keep up.
I'll tell you what. You post some pictures I'll post some pictures. You run Sils plan. I'll run Marcus plan. In 6 weeks we repost pictures and see what's what. I know you're on cycle. I'm half way through week 4 of mine. Sound good? Most improved? Marcus Kel and Sil judge?

Sounds good! That will make us push hard! I promise not to make excuses if I loose too! I dont run silabolins program though except for when I reach a peak with dorian yates. Sil has only gave me tips. I do not know what his program is.
