    Everything I'm seeing at a glance can be related to your current infection / sickness. Even platelets can be raised due to the same reasons. Although your case (not having a spleen) is a bit different and I'd imagine you run higher than most anyway.

    So chest done and cooking dinner while I post.

    Was a rough session....feel like a cunt honestly. Igi is working out with a broken hand. And I am complaining lol. But honestly haven't felt my big toe in about a month. And half the time it's a good portion of the leg. Tried heavy dbs tonight. And it just puts to much pressure on my back. Lot of "shooting" pains.

    But my mind set is there and I got through the session

    Incline db fly. 2w 1f 2w 1d (one drop lack of more dbs)

    Flat db flies 1f 2w slow negative

    Flat db press 2w slow negative

    Pec dec 2w

    Decline hammer machine burn outs

    Not bad but still...

    Delts & pecs done - nothing notable, too RC friendly. Lighter weights, higher reps, lots & lots of drops. Nice lookin chicken there Sfla!

    Damn, legs are getting sore already. Can't wait till tomorrow. Been stretching hams a lot tonight as well so they don't seize up my lower back from being over-tight. Hate stretching but I hate back pain more.

    Fvck, fvck, fvck. Think I managed to get a stomach bug that followed me home, probably from the Dr. office. Can't stray too far from the toilet and I had to take a stupid vacation day to cover my absence. I don't mind taking a day if I'm injured or have something to do, but it irks me to take a day because I'm sick.

    We all work through our struggles. None is more challenging than the other. I've got a stupid broken thumb, you've got your stuff which is a lot to cope with.. look at Marcus working through his struggles, AG has some stuff, kel is old, clarky is sick, nach deals with his crazy stuff, the list goes on and on. We're all banged up but keep going back for more. It's a strange and beautiful thing.

    Lower bf will make you look bigger also symmetry is another. It's not always the heaviest guy who looks better or bigger

    I'm so sore today - everywhere! Love it! Traps back delts all feel like each got stung nicely!

    I'm very pleased with what we are doing to drive some more excitement back in here... I may hit legs today or actually take a day off(remember we need that rest to grow)! But we shall see it'll be the start of my rotation again legs first baby!

    Morning all.

    Today is supposed to my 'day off'. At least my other half tells me it is. So, I have to spend an hour in my shop and do 7 home deliveries that'll take around 3 hours in total. I'm also due at my docs shortly for my Nedbido shot - gonna have my BP checked too, Ive been feeling really warm in the face toward the end of the day the last few days.

    Should get to train mid afternoon - chest, biceps and cardio. Abs too if I have time.

    Just get the prescription and do it yourself. Mine just asked if I was fine with IM injections and that was it.
