Well this time i was kinda more honest with him, he loosened up a bit. Wrote me a self script but only 100mg a week..better than nothing i guess. He assured me my estriadol was in range lol. 5th time for bw, checkin everything. Ill let you guys know. He said it was very rare to have problems with test that dose this soon? But idk, my bw should answer....i gotta get this sorted out straight where i can get back to blasting and actually grow

Thinking chest here in a few guys.
Had the pain management consult today. I don't know if my wife screwed up or the docs. Wife said they took my insurance info when she made the apt. But today wife still had my card so she faxed it over to them so they would have it.
Apparently they take my insurance company but not my type of insurance. I have ppo but something called "local plus" that they won't take.
So after 2 weeks of waiting for just a consult. I'm finding a new doc again.

I prefer it simply based on tests half life of about 5 days or so. I don't like the trough at the end of the week. Some do just fine and maintain decent levels on a once per week protocol but it should be based on BW. Twice per week will keep serum levels more steady and probably reduce the need for and AI.
Remember with smaller amounts you can go SQ if you like. I'm not a fan of SQ personally. Many times I'll use a 27 ga 1/2 " pin and inject wherever I like. It all gets absorbed. Large amounts, not recommended.

Chest done. Got in there later then I would have liked. Gym was crazy busy.
Smith incline 3w 2f 1w rpx2
Flat smith 2w 1drop
Incline db flies medium weight 3 sets
Flat db flies same weight 2 sets holding at bottom of movement
Pec/dec 2 burn outs.
Was good session. Mind definitely into it. Can't go full blown hit but getting there.

Exactly what I was thinking... especially regarding the spike and the trough not being so low... I like the split injections as well seems like you said if any ai is needed it was based on my my bf getting too high but I do aromatize moreso than most... but 75 2x wkly keeps me in the upper range and my trough is still high(900+) - just wanted your expert advice

3 feelers 1w 3drops into partials
-seated side laterals - heavy as slow as possible on negative
- seated front raises(raising up bring bells together very slow and controlled) s/s w/front raises turning Bell outward
2w each to failure then partials
- rear delts DB lying facing incline s/s w/rev cable flys(did a lot of these felt strong)
2w/u high reps each
2w(pyramided up in weight each set) + 3RPs only 15sec tore them up they needed that pain - finished 3 RPs after 2nd set of each ex
- V-grip pushdowns
2w/u higher reps
1w(stacked) 8 DD 3/2 failed going into partials
- weighted dips(stacked)
1w drop + RP
- single arm palms down pushdowns
1w DD
DONE and absolutely smoked - went in for legs but there was fuckin 'wee tits' everywhere and would've had to wait which would've messed up my intensity so I improvised

Day of rest. Got hit exactly at the 72 hour mark for the DOMS caused by my first go-round with rack pulls. And I was just thinking how easily I had recovered from that workout . . . . . surprise.

Back to all out HIT as best as I can right now. I do like putting d'bell presses later in the lift. The shoulder issue had knocked about 20 lbs. off of my presses and putting presses later knocked another 10 lbs.off of them
Lots of band work until shoulders felt good and full of blood.
Cable side laterals- 2 w/u, Work-7,drop,5,drop,5.
Face pulls- 2 w/u, Work-11- 6+. Rest paused these and went w/ a slow 10 count neg on partial.
D'bell shoulder press - 2 w/u, Work1-6+, drop weight, Work2-5+ w/ a slow 10 count neg. on last partial.
B'bell shrugs- 1 w/u, Work1(front)- 10, drop, 6+. Work2(rear)-7, drop,8.

Back today gentlemen - will post a couple of feeler sets pictures but not on every movement
Stared with medium grip pulldowns
3 warm up sets which included a lot of stretches and twists to get as much blood in the area as possible
1 working set to failure - only manage failure couldn't implement any beyond methods at this stage.
BB bent over rows - old school style DY
2 feel sets
1 working set to failure - gasping for breath again on these but my back exploded
old school T bar2 feel sets
1 working set to failure
Hammer strength reverse pulldowns2 feel sets
1 working set to failure- one arm at a time for these today felt better
Close grip pulldowns
2 feel sets
1 working set to failure again
straight arm pulls2 working sets
weighted hypers
2 sets
20mins cardio
I am down to 255lbs this week
