Started priming today for 8 weeks - 3 to 1 for the first week then 4 to 1 second week and then change acordinly to how i feel and look for ther following weeks. Dropped the low deca dose for my joints 10 days ago so at the moment just running my TRT nebido 1000mgs every 11weeks. My lifestyle is like it use to be for various reason so its hard to say how things will turn because my work load can change within mintues so fingers crossed everything will go smoothly and the pre cycle prime will be sucessful. Got 2 cycles in mind for the rebound
WK 1- 6 test P 1500-2000 ( undecided of dose yet)
Wk 1-6 NPP 600mg
WK 1-6 Var 150mgs daily
or
WK 1-6 Test P 1000mg
WK 1-6 Tren 700mgs
WK 1- 6 Var 150mgs daily
Yes thats right my test is higher than tren, I dont follow the crowd on that one to be honest because i can manage sides and my body builds muscle on test so why on earth would i drop it lower, been there and tried it and for me test works wonders and so does tren so I use test higher because higher tren causes me problems but that was on 200mg + per day. I also respond well to NPP and test this combo is a great and it also worth a few good decent lbs of LBM. Ive found a Var what is real var, not underdosed and not the usual make believe var whats been knocking for yrs, so cant wait to use this. My friend has just used it and he changed everytime i saw him, so looking forward to that in the mix.
During the pre cycle prime my training will be the same except for slightly lower intensity on certain days, I will build up the training intensity slowly over the prime and also this will help to keep recent injury repairing while my body starts depleting and trying to open a growth window. I can usually see and feel how things are going within 2 weeks of any prime so i will adjust to how things are going.

Thanks. I would have thought it would be a crazy cycle. Its very respectable. I do have a question though. I understand you running test higher than tren ( I'm the opposite). But why the big difference in the dosage of prop between the npp and tren a. They are both fast acting nor 19's. That is a significant difference if you go with the npp.

Its all about how I react to the different compounds, they may be the same family of 19nors but I respond differently and tren and npp are like chalk and cheese to me in what I can do with them. Test is king for me

If you don't mind me asking the benefit of each to you personally. I know we are all different.
In other words I know tren is awesome so you don't need as much prop but is npp that less effective for you that you have to run more prop. And if that's the case why run npp at all. So I trained chest and bi's yesterday..... Other than shoulder popping Durring flys - I had a great workout. My gf is noticing size in my chest so I'm hitting them right.
Yesterday I did incline smith press..... Last set I did a double drop. Couldn't even press the bar if I tried lol.
Then a low incline dumbell fly - these hurt. I got 3 sets of 8 and moved on.
Finished with cable flys - last set was a double drop again.

Joint relief and strength is what NPP gives me, it also add some nice lean tissue.
If I was going to seriously bulk those cycles wouldn't come close, but at my stage I don't really want to use heavy dose to jump me another 10+ lbs because I find it hard to carry around. Ive got a few cycles under my belt what I am considering and I will post them when I am ready to go back on but those two are looking good at this stage, ive used them before and work really well with me.

Was checking prices at a cash and carry that does fresh meat too. Was working out at about 30/40% cheaper than butchers etc and decent supplier too. Friend owns a beef farm was trying to buy a cow off him but red meat has an awful taste off it if you freeze it for too long and hes right that it does. Then getting the cow butchered etc makes it not very cost effective

Still though prefer to get it the meat off a local butcher with his own abitaure so trying to find one through friends. Veg I can get cheapish but need to get friends to buy into boxes with me and working on bulk eggs too but its hard to get people to commit

Legs tonight:
Very light squats: did them nice and low for 3 sets of 12. Felt the muscles contract and squeeze the weight back up on the positive part of the rep really liked it by dropping low and holding then powering up.
Leg extensions: same as above just slow and contracting the muscle.
Quad raises, same again really enjoyed them nothing sore but was nice to learn more of the mind muscle connection
Then peg pressing, really got my knees to my chest and held them and powered up reallly great to get that strech.
Then quick abs crunchs and hanging raises

Ah boys deer season opens October 19. Meat on the hoof. Figure a fat 80 lb doe I should get 30-40 lbs of meat. Cut steaks, ground, sausage, etc. And we are allowed 12 a season. Bingo. Lean doesn't describe this high protein treat.

Meant to say earlier, my training partner his son comes down with us 3 nights a week, but when he is in school all the lads in his year are asking him what me and his dad are doing lol . Lately we have noticed they are copying our workouts its funny.

Doc appt in early November. Something after that. Just not sure direction of it yet. Thinking simple test-deca or TRT dose test and tren . Got time to decide and input is appreciated. Considering possibly HGH if all goes well with an upcoming MRI. Never ran it before and would like to experience it once. As long as the tumor remains benign I should be good to go.

I'd love to see what 6-8ius and a cycle or two would do for you but you will need to be DILIGENT with mri's before, Durring, an after it all.
