My beard and hair is fairly coarse and since I'm a ginger it is pretty thick and curly as well, and when on a blast my skin is somewhat oilier.
The thing that gives me relief is this:

Alsp, because my hair is very coarse, I get the best results from these blades, although I generally only get 1-2 uses from them.

Thanks buddy Im going to try that. This is an on going thing with me, I have to get hair cuts when my neck is clear enough, sucks. Thanks again

Hey pal thanks for the reply. I was switching careers but I just couldn't make the money I did as an electrican. My old boss made me an offer so I went back into the trades. Its all good though, he changed as did I so things are good, I work 10 mins from my house so Im content. I really wanted to compete again, at 42 Im in the best shape of my life (thanks to you guys!) I just wanted to run a nice cycle and jump on stage but it just isnt in the cards. All in all I shouldn't be wasting my money on things like that these days

Maybe you need to think a little differently. You simply may not need to do the same type cycles you did in the past to achieve optimal condition. In otherwords, you may be able to get by with much less.

KeL, I aromatize pretty badly as well always have ran on the higher side despite bf... but I've realized if I know I need .5mgs/dex EOD - I've ran it at .25mgs/ed and if I feel a lil lower on the E side I'll skip a day - I haven't even been running nolva on this cycle(I do have gyno but it's been good as I've ran rails then switched to nolva as my body reacts better to nolva) I'm just waiting for it to come in that's all b/c i do run it all the time except on trt unless I start getting sensitive...

But what's your take on .5 EOD as opposed to .25/ed with the dex?!

After this lil 6 wk transformation I'm either gonna drop the NPP to 200/wk add in some Ace or come off(which I'll probably do once my growth window closes) b/c it's gonna be close regardless I'll be at 10ish wks anyway so I'm thinking of priming down do single digits then blast some ace... I'll also be running it by the dungeon...

The last thing I want is my window to close and waste a run for nothing...

BG - you got me wanting to add primo with some NPP or ace

What's your sweetspot w/Tren Bio? And when did you know you were running too much with more sides and basically the same gains?

5-600 Seems to be the sweet spot for me. I have gone up to 700 but it wasn't worth the sides. The insomnia and night sweats were miserable at that dose

    Arms

Took AGs advice and really concentrated on the negative on each rep - 6- counts on each rep with a 12 sec long count in last and as long as possible on partials - wooow it kicked my ass!

    - straight Oly bar curls(little wider than shoulder)
    3w/u 3 feelers
1w 4-5 3drops put decent weight back on for 6 and a drop 2-3 lovely
    - DB Preacher Heavy
    1w 3 + 3 forced each 6-12 sec neg(started w/12sec) on each
    2 drops same as above
    - short straight bar cable curl
1w DD into partials on each w/12sec negs until It dropped
    - DB hammer preachers heavy
1w 5 DD each 3 forced reps and 6+ sec negs till they dropped

    - Lying DB across body extensions heavy
    3w/u high reps 2 feelers
    2w(45s) 6-8 + 3forced each set with 6sec negs on each rep dropped(same)
    - incline skulls higher reps(10-12) but slower
2w to failure each 10sec eccentric exploding up locking out hard s/s'd w/weighted dips to failure slow as possible on neg
    - smith CG Bench
1w DD EACH 10sec negs on every rep racking short each set
    - V grip pushdowns - I was done completely smashed em
    1w DD slow as possible

Fuckin Fried - 40 min cardio at steepest incline Time to eat

Would love to hear more of your journey with this process. I do meditate almost daily, usually just before lifting, but mine is more of an inner focus on relaxation and an attempt at mental housecleaning.
At first meditating before lifting seemed counterproductive to me when I thought it over, but once I tried it, I found that "finding my Zen" helped me to focus better and also direct my intensity with better results. Shared it with one of our HIT friends on your side of the world and they said it did seem to help them, so if you get time and could expand on your approach, I'm sure there will be an attentive audience.
Thanks, boss, and good morning! Well, it's almost 3 a.m. here, but fvck it, it is past midnight.
I think we all do a bit of house cleaning in our minds in some way or another, I've always used the gym to de-stress and release my mind but I've never actually done any meditation. I love watching films which is great escapism for me and again something what stops my mind from working overtime.

I've stated before I've got some background in some forms of CBT and NLP so i have a very good understanding of how you can influence the thinking of thoughts and behaviour, but I've never thought i would need to increase my tools for myself . Just slightly off topic for a moment NLP persuasion techniques are nothing but remarkable and its unbelievable once you learn the secrets how you can guide a conversation (compliance manipulation) towards any areas you like and also extract information which is an excellent tool. The covert techniques are really helpful in certain situation and they can really enhance many aspects of conversation without the other party knowing what your doing

Meditating and learning how to think of "nothing" is something very new and i am loving the experience at the moment. I think because i cant train like i use to doesn't help and finding something what really makes me find peace for those few minutes is really healthy for someone like me who cant stop thinking. I'm learning body scans and breathing meditation the last few weeks and soon i will be reliving the bad thoughts while meditating which should be really interesting. I've got to say i found it extremely hard when i first started but with practise it makes you see the world in a slightly different light and you get waves of extreme happiness which just goes to show it does work, especially if I can sense this from my busy mind

How did you learn AG? and is it just the basic stuff or enhanced Meditation?

How did you learn AG? and it just the basic stuff or enhanced Meditation?
My very first experience was many years ago as a kid. The only activity my Mom could afford for me to.get involved in was karate at the local YMCA. The instructor there was Okinawan with very broken English, but seems to have a knack for spotting kids with distracted minds.I learned just basic principles from him just to learn how to.focus and concentrate on an objective. That helped me tremendously all the way up through high school because my mind was very busy and although I am marginally intelligent , my mind runs in many directions at once.
Fast forward ~ 20 years and when I finished my hitch, meditation was briefly hit upon at REFRAD as a way to deal with helping to keep my sh!t together instead of reliance upon meds. I was fortunate to get those classes and for what I learned in my youth, because soooo many guys I knew were jumping on the pills that were being handed out like candy and still came to some very tragic ends.
My next experience was during the worst of the heart problems. Part of the treatment team from MUSC that was handling my case was a young psychiatrist. Basically it was more of a series informal session with a really pretty young lady , who taught me how you can influence your mind, body, and behavior with positive thinking. LOL, she was a real sweetheart. Told me that if I ever harnessed my mind and combined it with my stubbornness, I would be unstoppable and somwhat scary.
So, I guess the base of my experience with it goes waaay back to the local YMCA and the funny little Okinawan man. He was the one that taught me how to tune out the world and tune into myself. I know it sounds contradictory, but learning to tune out the world is what I feel gave me the talent of being so aware of what is going on around me and probably why the wife now picks at me now when we go out in public and she says I'm "stalking the crowd".
The mind is such an untapped resource that can empower us to do soooo much and honestly keep you alive when there isn't a snowballs chance in hell that you will live, boss.

Slept this evening and still studying in my spare time. Plan to hit back tomorrow evening. Getting ready for work now. Once I get past the review board at work to get more $$, I'll be totally back on track and it should/hopefully be time for celebratory blast!

That's really interesting AG Sounds like its been with you for many years and has helped you - the mind is a powerful thing

I also think with the way we train and the length we have been training we must all be masters at positive thinking

I defo agree with you, Marcus. You have to have a strong mind in order to drive on and push out that extra rep or hold that exquisitely painful negative.
LOL, I didn't mean to dump out so much of my life there, guess I got on a roll.

No AG I found it interesting especially that its something what you have done for so long. My mind set is very powerful and i'm extremely strong minded (I have to be) and I really don't think training is really fully releasing my tension like it as over the yrs. Probably because of the injuries and the frustration what comes with them. I feel I am in the acceptance zone at the moment which is a funny feeling for me

Very cool story AG! The mind is definitely a untapped resource... what is it, we only use 10% of our brain yet we have so much more that can be tapped into - well said and a great story! Thx for sharing!

    RC ex's side laterals/front raises/rear delts/circles
Lots of negatives and slower reps(6-8sec negs on each rep) exploding up locking out hard + 2forced reps each set

    - Flat BB(didn't go real heavy just slowed the reps down really slow 6-8sec negs each rep)
Pyramided up to 3w sets each to failure w/forced reps and last set we did a DD(preformed the same way)

    - Incline DBs(this is where my shoulder just popped - my partner looked at me grabbed the bell and almost puked lol) it's sore now but didn't bother during
Pyramided up -- all slow reps(4-6sec negs) on each rep
4w sets -- failing in between 4-10(10 reps obviously was the first Set all included forced reps as well
Last set triple drop(5/2/2) I was smoked

    - cables low to high
    3w to failure
