I liked it. Gave a good squeeze

Yes sir, I alternate between it and the small V handle (the one many of us use for Tbar rows, chin ups, etc.) for seated low pulley rows. They both do a great job.
The small handle seems to hit the middle back better, I guess because you can get a slightly longer pull with it, and the wider handle defo works the outer portion better.

Ffs my back is just destroyed! I'm loving this... just goes to show when you get content and when you keep pushing for those extra reps, partials, negatives, what can really happen!

Got legs this morning... which is great b/c my upper body is smoked. Legs/& calves will be sore for 7 days easy lol!

    Have a kickass day everyone!

Wow, my body is so used to eating clean food that it didn't really like the 2 hotdogs an half of a bratwurst I ate yesterday. Think I'll stick.with eating clean.

Oh man, not to get too graphic, but I just got rid of some weight? Back to studying for this old man in a few minutes. Will shoot my TRT here in a bit. Hopefully, I'll hit chest tonight and see how the shoulder responds.

    Legs

    - ext's
    3w/u high reps
    3w heavyish(6-10) failure into partials 3 drops(avg 2-4 reps max)
    - cable pull thru's
4w 10-15. Had so much blood in legs already
    - hack squats
Pyramided up(6sec negs on each rep)
2w heavy 6-8 failing using hands on knees to force more reps
3 drops(last set doing 1 and 1 1/2s) whew that was very painful
    - BB Stiff legged deads
    1w/u feelers
    2w to failure
    - leg press non lock
2w w/RP on each non lock fuk me this hurt bad
    - lying leg curls s/s'd w/one leg working outter sweep!
    3w each w/drop on last

Feel like slightly higher reps are working for my legs well - 47 min not including stretching and cardio - very intense had trash can near me At all times lol

I'm getting pretty tired of posting after Nach. It looks like I'm coasting next to his intensity.

    Shoulder

DB laterals 1 warm 2 working last failure
DB Front Raises 2 working last failure
    Reverse Pec dec 2 working
Smith Military Press 2 working last was catastrophic failure

Kel you were right doing smith last is an ass kicker. Weight was about the same as if I did them first. Total burn in the delts at this point.

Take it easy on the quad, Bio. When mine let go it did it with very little warning. If you do work it, warm up about twice as much as you think you need to, IMHO.

it's a little swollen ... Real sore I was thinking of stretching it out tonight. What do you think? I'm hitting the ibuprofen to help with the swelling as well

Go really easy with the stretching, especially if you notice any bruising. I did some light stretching, and rolling with a Rumble Roller. Also, it may not have been the best thing, but I went for a massage after about the third day of dealing with it. When I finally went to the Dr., she didn't give me a hard time for doing that?
After the swelling went down some, I laid face down on the bed and got the wife to slowly and gently help me bend the heel of my foot up towards my glutes and held it there for a bit. Did that for about 5-10 minutes several times a day. Didn't start doing that until about a week and a half to 2 weeks after injuring it.
You'll be able to tell when youre ready to work/stretch it. Just go easy until you know for sure it's a strain and not a tear.
Think it cost me about 6-8 weeks of not working legs, doing crunches, and some back exercises.

Just took my TRT shot. I roughly calculated the BA content of Sun Pharma cyp and figured it was going to light me up, but it doesn't seem.to he as bad as I thought.
Been studying all morning. Will get up this evening to study a bit more for tomorrow and hit chest before work.

Thx Cape... I definitely need to eat more - I can feel my glycogen stores deplete when they are - but I'm trying for 3500+ which(3500) would be 300 over maintanence, but I try for 500... biggest thing for me is carbs, I respond very well to carbs so I'll eat them up until 8pm or past especially on leg and back day...

Whatever your doing is working very well though!

I try to carb up the night before legs and back and that morning. Although the way I've been hitting it I need to do it for every body part. Lol

Phone call woke me up and I just got back my marginal labs from the Dr., so I guess I'll start my blast......now? LOL, no I'll wait until this evening.
I'll be calling on Dr. Kel now that my Dr. has cut me loose to do my own shots. I'm grateful that my Dr. even put me on TRT considering what she was working with (my health history), but after this blast it is time to fine tune things and get modern.
Back to sleep for me if I can. My review board is tomorrow morning, which might be a good thing since I'll be including tren in this run. Just kidding about that, my last tren run was ~ 100mg/week like Kel has mentioned and it worked out really nice without any rage issues on my part. However, it did make me want.to repopulate the earth.
Ok, guys and Ms. GGR, I'm going to attempt a little deep breathing exercise and try to get back to sleep.

It will be well worth it, Bio. Let it heal even if it is just a strain. I.occupied some of my down time by working on seated calf raises and extra forearm work. Not exactly as enjoyable as the challenge of moving shit with 100 pound plates attached, but still fairly rewarding.
The downtime from an injury sucks royally to the nTH degree, especially if you think you could have avoided it.
Keep an update going on how the leg is healing/feeling, please.

Ok, blast medication installed. Sustatestextestavisabolone or some such concoction just to kick the door open on the world and let them know I'm happy!
One more thing and then I'll stop my incessant prattling on for a bit. I used to exclusively use Terumo products, but my vendor quit carrying them and only has Covidien and Nipro brands.
The Covidiens needles are Ok, but the taper of the point seems off a tad. The Nipros however are just as good as the Terumo and B-D brands, in my opinion? Just throwing my 2cc out there.
