Got a little bit of upper-inner thigh pain myself. Not from my last leg workout though, damn sure it's from heavy (seriously heavy) T-Bars of all things. I can't determine whether its the gracilis or adductor, or something damn close to that anyway. Yesterday it was quite painful when getting up from a seated position. Once moving around it's fine though. Woke up feeling good today but I can feel it trying to creep back in. Loading up on NSAID's and may skip leg day tomorrow to be safe. I'll survive (insert Gloria Gaynor song here.)

Well doc gave me a shot and steroid nose spray. Ears throats and nose look good. Feel bad but look good. No fever no infection. This is really weird. I would have bet sinus infection but she says no. Well anyway hope to feel better in the am and either get shoulders or back in.

Its a virus, its flu.
Just because you dont have fever, or dont have full blown flu, doesnt mean is not the same virus. Some ppl get it worse than others.
Hope you feel better tomorrow, but will say again that you should stay home resting and recovering.
When you touch someone or something remember you passing the virus to someone else hehehe

Just got done with my workout almost had a accident.Here I am doing mil presses in front of my squat rack sitting on a thick wooden chair.The next thing I know I am going backwards at the top of the movement.I am thinking oh shit this is going too hurt.Then I hear Marcus say throw it forward you dumb shit! I made it out alive and that chair is going too the burn pile!

Not really proud of tonight's lift, but I'm still rearranging things to accommodate the shoulders. Did fill up the arms with blood very well, though.
Close grip Smythe press- 3 w/u, Work1-6 reps. Work2- 6 reps. Work3- 5 reps w/a 10 count hold just shy of lockout on the last rep. Dropped a bit of weight between each set.
Triceps pressdown- 2 w/u, Work-- 6+,drop,5+.
EZ curl skulls (relatively light weight)- Work- 7+ - 5+.
D'bell preacher curls off back of bench- 2 w/u Work- 7+ reps,drop, 5+ reps + 4 forced reps w/ a slow 5 count neg.
Close grip cable curls- 1 w/u, Work1-7 reps. Drop a little weight. Work2- 5 reps. Used a slow 5 count positive and slow 5 count neg on both working sets.
Wanted to get in seated CC, but was running short on time. Will improve the lift next time.

Back is torn up - may take a day off or hit legs probably legs, but I feel tired! Nothin like a day of rest when needed... and I've been going at a much higher frequency - we shall see either way could work out well!
