    Legs went pretty well, all things considered. Took it a little easy, nothing to ultimate failure.

    Extensions: 2 sets 15-20
    Squats: 2 sets, cut reps off at 10 on both. Didn't want to push it just yet.
    Verticals: 2 sets, 15-20 reps, non-lock
    Seated curls: 2 sets, 12-15 reps
    Calves on vertical press.

    Feels good. Was a bit tired and felt a little drained during workout but I'll take it. Better than missing it totally.

    Today's veinage. Not quite the norm but neither was today:

Have you seen a physical therapist specialized in back problems? Im no expert but many times back problems are due to muscles unbalances, and glutes are one of the most important stabilization muscles (together with hamstrings)

    Recovering from a very hard day yesterday.

    Relaxing for a couple more hours then I'm gonna hit chest up.

    Thinking I might do "fill in work" every day for legs.

    Also you tube some videos and will do some Pt movements everyday.

    Meal sounds awesome, BG. At times I miss living in Alabama and heading down towards Dothan. Really excellent prawns and seafood in general. I could easily put away 6-7 dozen fried oysters.     No. Crawfish are tiny lobster. Eat the tail and suck the juice out of the head. Not quiet a langoustine. There's a lot of work for a little meat but damn. With all the Cajun seasoning. Buy a 25 lb bag live and throw them in the boiling water. Yumm.

    Pull ups- 3 sets, 10/10/12 +partials, slow and controlled, arched back, chest out.

    Panatta machine pull down CG- 2 feelers, 1 working triple drop. Got completely gassed out, like coulnt catch my breath, then it hit me... lost a pint of blood yesterday... fuck, wasted test suspension.

    Low row machine- 2 feelers... no wait 3 feelers. Cant really call it working set , I was still catching my breath from the pull downs drop set.

    T bar row, wide grip OH - more 3 feelers lol

    hammer pullover machine - 2 feeler, 1 working superset with straight arms pull down

    Cable row - 3 sets. Was fuacked. Wanted to do traps but gonna have to do it some other day, the vampires sucked my stamina.

    Well, the weights will still be there tomorrow I guess.

    Everything done very slow reps. 2-3 second hold at bottom of movement.

    Incline db fly 3w 1f 1w dd

    Flat db fly 2f 1w 1d

    Flat db press 1f 2w (heaviest I've gone in a while 90s)

    Incline bench 2w 1drop

    Chest was done

    Threw in 3 slow high reps sets of seated calves and same with seat leg curls.

    then did some low back and core stretching. About 10 mins

    Gonna hurt Tomorrow

    More of lobster taste in the tails. I don't mess with the brains/eyes, etc. The tails are the best part IMHO.

    Ok, woke up and scarfed down a small meal. Back to be a few more hours to rest up. Was thinking tonight was chest, but it is back. Legs are still somewhat sore from day before yesterday.

    When I was here years ago Austinite talked MuscleInk into pinning his traps. He bitched for a week after doing that. That is the one place I've never done because of that.

    Hey guys another busy week for me with college and work etc but have been checking into the thred but not posting as well, one training session a week aint exactly training so far.

    One thing though if ye all could pray to whoever ye pray to or keep me in your thoughts I have a job interview that I really wanna get this Friday into a new industry so just wish me all the luck you can ha.
