    Same here. Got an elbow to close in and then after more of this bf is gone it's ribs and abs coming up. No room left on the back, but do have a kidney belt of bf that I want to get shed of.

    My belly called my brain at the last moment and said I needed to go to the crapper and buy some hockey tickets, so it cut into my time tonight. Tried to salvage the lift as best as I could. LOL, frigging legs are still smoked from the squats.

    1 set of crunches
    Narrow grip u'hand pulldown w/ straight bar- 2 w/u, Work- 5+ - 3+ , drop,4+ with a slow 15 count neg.on all partials. (Ouch!).
    Wide grip pulldown w/ cambered D ring handle- 1 w/u, Work-4+,drop,4+,drop,5+ w/ a slow 15 count neg. on all partials.
    Low pulley rows w/ V handle- 1 w/u, Work1- 9+ reps w/ a slow 15 count hold on the partial. Drop a smidge of weight. Work2- 7+ reps w/ a slow 15 count neg on partial rep.
    Deads- 2 light sets just to get some blood moving in the lower back and put a little stretch on the hammies.

    38 minutes.

    4 fucking days without training isn't good for me but really helps with repair. I don't repair as fast as I use to or when I use to cycle. I will take this period as active recovery phase

    Morning fellas!

    Legs are smoked! Feeling really tired today... and woke up with a damn headache... today is delts/trap work but I may wait till later to hit them or take a day off! Body finally said chill for a day.... and the wicked headache is right over my eyes :/ defo not going in early... just may need some sleep(off today from work too) so it'd be nice to combine the two and take a relaxer(docs orders of course)

    Everyone keep kickin' ass!

    I woke with a headache on Sunday. Knew I shouldn't have trained but did anyway. Big mistake made it much, much worse.

    Day off big man, eat and repair.

    Meh, they did the marginal health screening at work. Nothing fancy just a couple of finger sticks and a BP check.
    Didn't fast for.anything.
    Total cholesterol- 118 mg/dL
    LDL cholesterol- said they couldn't detect it, but it was just a cheapie finger stick test. It was 51mg/dL at the end of January when my Dr. did my TRT labs.
    HDL cholesterol was 47 mg/dL. (Some var may have slightly.blunted that and I am on TRT?).
    Triglycerides < 45 mg/dL
    Glucose was 81 mg/dL
    BP was 120/59.
    Pulse= 72 bpm.
    So not too shabby for an old fat man. The dietician asked me if I was a vegetarian, and I gave him the old joke about that but I won't repeat it.

    No matter how they are placed they always make the body part look smaller unless your fully get a tatt what flows with the lines then your up against getting something you don't want and that's what the whole idea about a tatt is its personal but if you go with a muscle enhancer tatt its just a regular tatt whats going to look shit with age imho. Hard one mate

    You saw how he wrapped the skulls, demons, devils, and tapestry on my arm. It wasn't a "muscle enhancement" tat, but dealing with some old issues, think we talked about them a while back?
    Just want it to flow with the shape, not define the shape.Trying to give him something along those lines to work with?
