No matter how they are placed they always make the body part look smaller unless your fully get a tatt what flows with the lines then your up against getting something you don't want and that's what the whole idea about a tatt is its personal but if you go with a muscle enhancer tatt its just a regular tatt whats going to look shit with age imho. Hard one mate

Settled in at home and have kissed the beast and petted the wife. Going to scarf down some legit calories and crash. Still optimistic for working chest before I go to work.
90 minutes of deep tissue work tomorrow at 2 p.m. May try to sky up from work an hour or two early, go restock the deep freezer.

I've found that if you buy the time in increments of 4-5 hours, I came out waaay ahead vs. a straight quote for the job. That may vary from artist to artist, but I've gotten a better price doing that.Plus the artist seemed more relaxed vs working off a straight quote and seemed to enjoy themselves more? Guess it contributes to a little extra more productivity?
Of course, I mainly deal with an old guy like myself. He is up in Gastonia, loves Mexican food for lunch and punishing the toilet later, but has a really good free hand. He is old school and his black and grey work involves cutting lots of blood lines, but it separates everything nicely.

For custom my guy is $100 per hr. Then you gotta tip him. He is great at what he does. Mine is actually a cover up. Did a great job except for one spot. Looks like a blow out. It was funny I told him the idea and he drew it up. I came back and he put it on it covered about 1/2 of the outside of my arm. I'm like were you not expecting my arm to be this big? He's like no this is normal size and laughed. I sat 8 hrs on it. Then had to come back twice 4 hrs each. He free handed the last 2 sessions. He has talent.

All of mine is freehand as well. He may sharpie in a rough shape or something, but everything else in gun to skin with his freakishly large hand riding on his pinky.
When he did the demon peeling back the heavens on the inside.of my bicep he admitted that was one of the largest arms.he had ever done (this was back before I was sick and had much more muscle density and size and a tad less bf.
Do love ink though. Fascinating art form.

So... been out of sync with most things lately... gonna chase down to single digit on my bf over next few months and then jump the gun for 10 weeks (more less providing how it will feel)

Hope yous all had good time and good laugh , serious lifts and good progress, cause I need some off that also!

Anybody wanna advice me in some way or form on trimming down from 13% to 7-8%?

With tdee and extra cardio Im just about 5-10% my cal req... may be just not patient enough or thinking doing something not optimally. Seem to accumulate more thick skin around shoulders and tris than anything.

Think im gonna hit some back tonight. I tried tbar style rows but with an ez curl bar under the straight bar. I liked it and will do it again. Heavy and intense as i can be off the sauce. Have a good one guys

They run nice horizontally. I was just iterating heavy shrugs have really pulled my
Shoulders back again and also imho they make a huge difference in a thick upper back! Can't ever have big enough trap height and length(all in proportion with ones body. Just my .02
