    Morning people!

Woke up with the worst sinus running nose ever... dammit it hasn't been this bad for years. Feels like hayfever antihistamines don't help, only cardio does the magic so well seems like my nose just dries out and opens up for few hours and then it all comes back to running nose hell..
Any advice? Cant be doing cardio 8 times a day just to fix this shit ...
Gonna go get some limes and try lime juice flush, don't know what to do, seriously

    Now gonna hit cardio

    Morning fellas!

My chest is so sore it literally needs to be stretched out(tore every fiber possible especially in negative incline training) back today and it's going to be a heavy one! Can't wait at all!

Keep kicking that ass against yourself!

Very, very good. Defo minimal exposure sunlight to keep that fresh. I'd probably keep a quality sunscreen on when outside.

LOL, actually it was one of her favorite big bowls for soups, stews, etc. She had offered to make the salad for me but I explained to her I had the urge to cut/slice something just for a little stress relief. When she bought me my heart meds, she threw a couple of my Xanax in with them.Just about the time they kicked in (I chewed the Xanax) she casually threw out the fact that she was going shopping. Believe it was all part of her plan.
You are correct. She will whoop my ass if I ask.her nicely.
    Feel much better today.

Love that outlook. That current pic in your avi has always blown my feeble mind. Your delts and biceps look like huge f-in bowling balls. The height of them and dip in between is freakishly impressive!

    Chest

On the Smith Incline I started with the bar. Added a quarter. Then another to 4 quarters. Then dropped a quarter at a time till I got to the bar. Only rest was to add or remove weight. This was crazy intense. 1 set

DB flat bench to failure. Dropped one used the other for inner chest press to failure. 2 working sets

Hammer Strength decline. 2 working rest pause to failure.

Seated cable cross overs. 2 working drop sets.

    23 minutes. Start to finish.

First pic is for Nacho. NO FLEX.

I don't know what meds you may be on, bizzaro, but if there are no potential interactions and you can tolerate a tricyclic antidepressant, amitryptiline(Elavil) is very effective for me when I get really bad headaches. I usually split a 50mg in half and that is sufficient w/o making me sleepy.
I've tried Relpax, but it never did me any good.

I'm not on any "proper" meds only hormones, I know amitriptyline as a relative of mine is on it, it affects the CNS in multiple ways and I'm all messed up from dropping caber so I don't think it's a good idea.

Might try pizotifen (sandomigran) but last time it gave me drowsiness big time, that's the last thing I need as I already struggle with that all of the time.

My BP/HR are on the high side and the feeling gets worse with any minimum physical effort. Could it be high hematocrit? Was 46% one month ago but I've commenced IM B12 since.

I know its works its a tried and tested training approach what's been used by many huge bodybuilders. All do you is use the same principles and use them and find your own style of HIT what suits you best.
