Shoulders tonight my fave night really obliterate myself in the gym.
Started off with db pressing. Two light warm ups abd built up to two heavy sets of 6 reps with 50kg db's the second set was much better than the first as I was even more hyped than the first set. Before I went to the gym I was visualising the weight before I went in there and I was amazed that I could do two decent sets of weight.
Plate shrugs for two sets of muscle crushing pain and sweat.
Db flies for heavy two sets slow and controlled feeling the fire of blood rush to the muscles was crazy really enjoyed them.
Then bb shrugs really really hammered these, I went and pushed myself to the extreme so much so that I could hardly breath was imagining being screamed to push more reps out

Tomorrow is chest and bis and I'm working out with my gf's brother.
I wouldn't normally workout with someone that's not on a semi-close level but he's been getting in the gym seriously for a while now and he's always asking for advice.
*edit* my daughter hit the send button lol
He also made a comment to me a week or two ago and said "wow dude..... The gyms treating you well huh" so I'm gunna show him how to train! Hahaha
Tomorrow I'm going to utilize having a training partner..... I'm going to utilize heavy weight for the same chest routine as last week but I'm going to incorporate negatives also.
Tomorrow should be a legendary workoutLast edited by Hazard; 10-02-2013 at 08:07 PM.

DCI my understanding on the deload is use the same weight or slightly less. Just don't go to failure. I think.

Had to go to the hospital early this morning I had bad kidney and lower abdomen pain. I was also pissing blood and was painful to pass water. Going to have to have a ultra sound on my kidneys and lower abdomen. Not sure what the problem is but serious kidney pains aren't good...

The horseshoe is fairly easy to see when lean and your arms are veiny as shit. How much definition are you looking for? Head separation in the tris?

The outer head makes the tri "pop" from the side

Just looking to see the horse shoe. It seems to just run together. I know cut down it shows better. I'm slowly putting weight and size on and know that's some of it. Wanted to know looking at what I do if a change would help.
Thanks guys.

Don't know what Marcus has, but last time I pissed blood, I had a bladder infection. Pain as well, but mostly in the pecker area.
Get better big guy!

I've got the same problem but its getting better. I'm working on isolation, working the long inner head separately from the short outer head. I was advised to bring out my long head a.month or so ago with my previous av update. Good advice. My horseshoe is showing a little better now. Try working each part long/short separately.
