Exactly/but the strain on the for arms, elbows, and bicep tie in looked ridiculous. It's not a smooth movement, very "herky jerky". Made me flinch watching it.
Edit: Kind of like when you see someone yank the shit out of.the bar on b'bell rows using all arm power, but worse.
