Exactly/but the strain on the for arms, elbows, and bicep tie in looked ridiculous. It's not a smooth movement, very "herky jerky". Made me flinch watching it.

As always guys some epic posts and physiques here.
Update on myself 3 weeks off so far from the gym def feeling it now.
Had to go back to the doc again today as my throat felt sore and was having headaches etc again. Tonsils are fine according to her but have wax in my ear. And she believes it is thrush I have in my throat from all the anti biotics I have had since jan.
So she gave me a multi vit and some ear drops i think waiting to get the prescription filled

Sorry guys for not posting and sending positive vibes out there but very busy with some personal projects and also work. I am training like an animal and things are going well I am around 246lbs at the moment but my weight is up and down, at the moment its down but trying to hold onto this size and weight, I feel better.
Got blood work soon and blood donation, things aren't to good with the health situations but I have hope things will be better one day. Not sure if I need to cycle ever again to be honest if I can maintain this for close to 3 yrs just on trt I'm doing something special so I am at that crossroads again but not until I get the all clear but again this seems to be a long way off but feeling good and look big as fuck. Got asked twice today if I take steroid which tells me I may look because this was coming for 2 guys who take steroids all the time lol.
I will be back soon and log some of my intense workouts because there's only one way I do things and that's intense

So the lazy ass couldn't have flushed your ears out for you and resolved it instantly? Pisses me off. I have my doc flush my ears out about once per year. OMG it feels like you have new ears/hearing when done. Everything is so loud. It's amazing (and gross) the crap that will flush out. My doc was not a fan of it initially as he said they don't look too bad. When done he said we should do this once per year. World of difference.
And that's the only body part I'm flushing out so shut up.

Yep nyostatin is what she got me feeling some relieve there after taking it. I now know how it feels to be continuously unwell its not fun tbh.
Hopefully this will shift the problem now would make sense that the ibruprofen and salty water was helping the inflamation that I was experiencing.
@nach and ag thank you too for the positive vibes.
Honestly I thought she was gonna syringe them there and then too but I assume why she didn't was to get more cash outta me so better book it and clear them out some what and get em syringed.
I heard its meant to be brilliant the relieve is meant to be great. I will get it sorted as I am totally done with feeling unwell.
I want to go back to training as best I can with college etc. On a side note had an exam Thursday and got the results today past it so happy days. Just need to study for the exam on Wednesday.

Take a cotton ball. Soak it with hydrogen peroxide. Tilt your head and squeeze the peroxide into your ear. It's going to bubble and foam. Let it stay for a bit. Tilt your head and let it drain. Then do the same with rubbing alcohol. This dries up everything. You have to do this or your ear will be a mess. I do it all the time and it works for what it's worth.

What's up guys and gals!!!
Been awhile. Think I got what my boy had. Either sinus or ear infection. Finally clearly up. Still got a few good sessions in. Been reading and following just haven't posted in awhile.
Had to stop in a day what's up to everyone. Doing pretty good. This past week think every session was a good one.
Had a quick back workout today. Timing was off and had to rush it.
As far as back issue. Good days and bad days like usual. But bad days are definitely getting worse. The leg pain is not something to be messed with. Had to be pressing on a nerve or something. Insurance denied again even after we got paper work from surgeon. Oh well why can u do.
Think I'm getting there though. Definitely stronger and getting back to my old weights in the gym. Think I'm shredding some of the fat, and toning up. Gonna try to snap a pic soon. Maybe throw up some old ones for comparison.

So I think January ish I was 206 heaviest ever been, but was not good heavy. Was fat. Few days ago I was 192. So I'm fluctuating but I think I'm getting there.

So. Not much of a noticeable change, but progress pics none the less.
So first pic (avi) was November ish.
Second was early January when I got the chest tat.
Third is right now after a shower.
Here I think I am making progress or taking better pics. My back shots.
First pic was a few weeks ago. Maybe 4? When I posted asking for criticism. Weak rear delts and traps.
Second two was just taken. Could t decide which to post so u got both lol.

Ugh, I feel worse and am running a fever just over 101°F. Having to burn my other short notice vacation day. No lifting tonight, just rest and fluids. Have some 500mg azithromycin
on hand. Took 1 dose debating on whether to make it a 3 day @ 500mg or 5 days (500mg the first day and 250mg for 4 days afterwards).
This sucks!

My mother was a RN, and she made sure I knew a lot about meds, staying prepared, and first aid/medical care in general. I was on the slight incline vertical chest hammer press this week and just want to waffle my way through my mind set. I was doing singles one side at a time because I feel by holding my chest with my other hand I can dig even deeper in my pain zone and attack that failure which is always a few reps away from when we decide to finish the set. This set which was my working set wasn't that heavy because I could feel my RC playing up so I did have to place my position of my elbow slightly different and must importantly do the reps slow.
I place 3.5 plates a side for my working set and the reps were going to be time under tension due not wanting to cause any further damage. I got up and walked up and down thinking and chanting to myself, I thought of bad times in my life what fucking piss me off to the core I could kill people, I also thought of horrendous people I deal with on a daily basis what need killing or putting away for a long time, I also wanted to fully make sure I got every possible effect I could bring to this set out in the open and fuck my chest up to the max.
My adrenalin fired while walking and pacing, my mind was totally focused, I started to go deaf which is an indicated for me I am ready. I sat down did my pre lift ritual like I always do got hold of my chest with one hand and started to press with my other, the fire inside me was high and fucking hot, the weight felt easy the slow tempo was causing a rush of latic acid surging through my chest and I could feel my muscle fibers firing in my chest with my other hand. I noticed the gym were watching me perform this and this made me fire into top gear and push even further in my zone. It happened I was reaching the end of my reps, the weight was slowing rapidly my chest was on fire and my mind was saying stop and the pain was immense. I shouts inside my head fuck you and pushed for further reps and I did more came out and I was on top note and grunting every rep with the deep breath, reps slowed again and started to half rep, my face was crunch and in pain and I carried on till I was on quarter reps until I couldn't lift the weight even if I had a gun to my head I was beat. I got up walked around for 10 seconds placed my mind in the same place and did the other side in the same fashion.
This is what I do, this is normal to me, pain doesn't bother me, pushing my body to its limits is my comfort zone, my body knows its in hell but my mind is in heaven. Just another day at the gym

I shared something very valuable with someone that I just now learnt in this going to failure game we play each day! Why attack something half assed?? It amazed me that I was kinda fuckin around for the past 1.5yrs, and truly thought my mindset was in point - well it wasn't at all! The lesson I speak of is just going thru the motions - and I believe Marcus ^ explained what it's like NOT to above... and every fuckin day he'll ask 'are you really training hard enough'?? No I wasn't!
I got new life from coming back from again injuries and I'll be honest this lil friendly comp brought out the person I knew was inside... during these 7-8 wks I've proved to myself it doesn't matter where you start if you do HIT right you will be rewarded and tbh I feel there's not much that can make one more happy than to realize true failure and beyond has been met with each w/o... I've had the most fun I've had in yrs and thx to the guys that have been apart of it as I wouldn't have ever come to the realization and true pain I endured each day(it was a blast) - and thank you Marcus for constantly asking us if we even are going to failure.... if your thinking you may have not - you haven't! But we can all still try and come thru... remember
