French press back is slightly arched. Head slightly forward. Elbows slightly behind head? Best way I can describe

Also, fellas w/the rev skulls since I can't do them with an EZ Bar anymore lying down or seated... I use the EZ Bar attatch and use the cables(high over head w/the rev grip - constant tension too!

    **Marcus's HIT Dungeon**

Good morning guys. It's Friday, I am so happy.

To stay in bed and rest or to get up and hit a hiit class at my families studio. That is the question?

Dang it's so hard when we get sick. I know you want to bust through, but it's your bodies way of forcing a break. You will be back in no time. I know it's a pain, but you could get worse if you push through it. Do you have access to a steam room?

If it's still over 100 or you are fatigued, I wouldn't push it. LOL, at the most burn out.your forearms and call it at that.
I'll second Ms. Fitchick's steam room suggestion.

You've had a couple of rough weeks. Don't push it. Or it will prolong it.

Nice! I pity the weight plates, have a feeling they're in for a whooping.

Curious on how many rest days you all take a week from any form of working out?

I tend to take 2 off lifting, but will do other forms at times. I love a good hr long hiit class in 95 degrees at 60% humidity. You sweat so much, puddles around you.

Good stuff... glad you liked em(remember they're isolating that lateral head more but still hitting the long head with that stretch) give that 3D look we're all after - makes everything come together... each time you rev your grip your hitting or isolating that lateral head moreso than with palms down(or up with French press and skulls)

Lifting EOD is pretty my limit unless we are slow at work. Occasionally, I will lift 2 days in a row depending on what body part I am working. LOL, I sweat puddles already even when it gets down in the mid-teens low 20's in my shop. I would probably flood an HIIT class.

On one of them I got an electrical shar shooting pain from my elbow down my arm. Just once. But it felt like I grabbed 220 volt wire.

To be honest I almost dropped that side on my head. Thus skull crushers.

Hmm, might want to back off on those just a shade. That pain is usually a warning to me. Maybe don't hit that particular movement every arm session?

First time I've ever done them. I think my elbow may have turned out on that one. The others were fine. Hopefully it was just a form issue.

But I agree with you on it

You may be right as well. It takes me several sessions to start finding my.groove for new movements or ones I haven't done in a while.

Picture you're entire workout in your head before you go. Over and over. Each set. Each rep. See it. Feel it. Then go and kill it. I Look forward to seeing your rep count tomorrow. Incorporating the drops. The rest pause. The negatives. Tomorrow you achieve greatness. And pain.
