I completely lose myself in my lifts and dig deep every time. THANK YOU FOR NOTICING THAT.

Mic drop. You are strong as hell. Your endurance is untouchable. That's a lot of work. You're in a league of your own now.

I have the endurance of a f*cking bull....I just keep going. I literally shut off all the pain, the no's in my head, the quitter.....and I just push! I take myself out of my body. I do this with pain in life too, mind over matter.....I did it with labor. LOL! I am a weirdo, I know it! At least I am a fun weirdo!

No really, though I am a Momma Bear!

You are awesome Cape. The strength increasing is due to all of you pushing me to be better!

The incline puts more tension on my tris yet gives my shoulder a break and I can keep that my elbows slanted back more

Thanks Cape! Yeah I grabbed a sandwich I don't press all the time but see if side laterals front raises and a rear delt exercise will do to keep them up - believe me I know what it's like to be in that type of pain - no fun man

Ok, sleep time for me. Hopefully, some decent sleep. Fitchick said it's hump day, so everyone get to humping.

I ended up trying max reps on pullups again to start things off. I ended up doing 120 with the lowest rep count being ten. I just stopped after my 4th set of ten in a row, just turns into groundhog day at 10 reps. I guess one of these days when I have unlimited time I should see how far it can go, but as of now I have no idea.

    Wide grip seated rows
    Narrow grip seated rows
    One arm dumbell rows

Hopefully things are healed up by next week so I can get back to T-bar and goodmornings.
That's a lot of pullups. Nice work, Ender!

What's up dungeoners back from Orlando today. What an exhausting time. We didn't even stay at the parks for the entire day lol.

My son absolutely had a blast! He won't remember it besides the pics we took. But still worth it. Spent a ton of money, but great memories. Glad my parents got to come. Especially before my dads by pass soon.

Disney is the happiest place on earth but seriously puts a toll on the grown ups. Lol. A lot of grumpyness at times hahahah.

Anyways got back in town today, around 2ish. Power nap and hit the gym around 5ish.

Did back was a good session after 5 days off. Thinking is time for a pull back. Back to a crusing trt dose also.

Wide grip pull downs 3w 2w dd

Seated dring rows 1f 2w dd

Low pully hammer 1f 1w dd

Smith machine bent over rows 2w

    CG pull downs 2w dd

Then threw in some calves seated raises. 3 light weight high reps. Didn't think this would affect the back. But once I added a quarter onto it, definitely started feeling it.

I'm dying to do some leg work, so trying one more time to do a little here and there. And also gonna start to try some abs, but have to really think about what I can do at this point. I tried some a few weeks ago. Looked like an idiot couldn't get myself up off the floor :/

    Nice session

Glad your son and youse had a blast man!

Can you do air squats or anything with body weight to try and strengthen the area a little and then move on later to weighted movements? Just a thought hate hearing and seeing anyone in pain - unless you know what it's like it's very frustrating to try and explain it!

Was thinking about something similar Nach. Or squats using ab ball. Behind the back on the wall and squatting. I'm sure there's a name for it but have no clue.

My next shot is Monday. So I'm gonna ask what he thinks about doing any type of leg work. Honestly I haven't even tried, just nervous. And before I stopped cause of the knee. But knee hasn't popped or anything recently. Besides the radiating pain. My legs used to be a strong point for me. Very depressing I lost it all. Lol

You know what I have rode it a few times before actually just forgot the name.

I did not ride it this time. Wife and her sister rode it at the end of the day there. By that time, I was hurting a good amount, and did not want to risk anything on a roller coaster.

We did the safari first thing in the morning, and fvxk me, I was holding on for dear life lmao. And that was nothing.

Morning, sir! I'm holding off for a day or so myself. The pain in my head has moved a tad beyond distracting, so I'm trying to either stay busy, spend time with beast and the wife, or sleep. The beast didnt want to come up the porch steps, so I slept outside with him yesterday. Believe I'll be back lifting in a couple of days.
Forgot to mention I got a nice $25 ticket from the Highway Patrol yesterday a.m. when I got off of work.. Was driving down the road and thought I felt something stinging my back. I slid the upper part of my seatbelt behind me, unbuttoned my work shirt and was prepared to smash a bee or something. I figured one had flown in through the window and got me. Ended up it was just a few metal chips from a part I was turning on the lathe. The Highway Patrol saw me, pulled me over, told me it was improper use of the seatbelt and wrote me a little ticket. Said I could take it to court, but for $25 I wouldn't waste my limited spare time.
Pretty sure he was meeting a quota because he had another vehicle pulled over within eyesight of where I had stopped. Also on the the ticket he had my hair color as brown? Well, you know I'm a ginger. Eye color listed as brown? Nope, my eyes are either grey or green depending on what color I wear. I was very polite, told him right off the bat I was carrying a concealed weapon and had my permit. Announced all.of my moves from reaching for my wallet to get my license and show him my permit, retrieve my registration and insurance info from my sun visor, and even warned him about a large dump truck coming up from behind him that was off the edge of the road.
I just filed his name away under "C" for chickenshit, and will pay the little fine online. I have a ton of respect for the legit law enforcement guys, they have one hell of a job. The little guys on a power trip, absolutely irk me.

He doesn't want to go up the steps of the porch and is acting like he is shutting down. His heart and.lungs were good the other day, so I'll be taking him back.to the vet today. But he is still drinking and eating, but isn't passing much urine or stool.
Occasionally, with the giant breeds, heart failure will come.on rapidly, even with genetic testing of.the parents. It's hard to say, Cape. We have been fortunate enough to have some of.them.with us for 14+ years, and I had lost one as early as 5+ years old.
He is still very alert because he stood up and raised hell at a possum out by the shop, but if he gets up and walks very far he is gasping for air.
The only thing I can possibly think of is the Trifexis we give him for heartworm protection. He always gets his dose on the 22nd of the month without fail but he has never has had any type of reaction before?

Hungry, but lazy. This should hold me for a few hours, but don't really feel like heating it up. This stuff self-warms in the belly, right?
Had a shake about 2.5 hours ago and a few ounces of almonds about 4 hours ago. Still have about 50g of plain bite size shredded wheat with cinnamon and Splenda if needed.

Dang Ag. Sorry the beast isn't feeling well. Hopefully the vet can diagnos something that has an easy fix. We hurt when a member of the family hurts. You're a good dad to sleep out with him.
