Yes excellent shape too - It certainly is nice(you don't get the usual petty BS shit in my experience.... she kickboxes, BJJ, lifts, can't wait to get back in the gym

Decent session. Was almost a fight in the gym. Same guy I've seen try to fight 3 different people in this gym.

Ok so when I got my first shot I misunderstood about this appointment. It was not supposed to be second shot. Just a follow up visit.
So here's the thing. Was honest with him. Said about 20% improvement in back spasms. No improvement on radiating leg pain. And still have zero feeling in big toe.
He gave me this look. And was quiet for a minute. Then asked when is the last time I saw my surgeon. I told him since he sent me to this. So maybe 4-5 months ago. No point to see him, when we had this plan of shots.
So he says I need to go see him. He does not think the second shot will help, and honestly doesn't think we should. But he doesn't mind trying if surgeon suggests it.
Basically is telling me it's not promising and I should think about surgery. FML.
So he did we can start the process of getting second shot approved by insurance (didn't know we had to get each one approved) FML again!!
Sends me to the girl that sends everything to insurance, she asks me how much improvement I say 20% again. She told me straight up it will not get approved. Insurance wants to see 50% improvement to approve. She already today had 10 denials for same reason.
Like at this point do I just lie?? Wait a couple days and say I feel a lot better just to get approved for the second shot?
I'm at wits end. Honestly just want to feel normal. And probably will not happen.
Sorry for long story, I'm a little pissed, disappointed, and honestly getting a little depressed after today's visit.

Agreed, gonna call surgeon tomorrow and see when I can see him.
At this point have no hopes of insurance approving the surgery even if that's my option lol.
I can live with the way I feel right now, but how long will this last until I go back to the way I was.
Anyways day off the gym tomorrow, can't wait for Wednesday. Let out some aggression

hit your rear delts hard and medial delts - your caps - seated to standing side laterals no momentum at all use all delt rears make the separation & everything else pop - also pre-exhaust your delts by doing all these movements first then press last(same effect with less risk of injury) this really helped my delts grow
Also for tris rev your grip - bent over rev flys(DBs) or rev flys with cables I do these on shoulder and back day or use a veriation
Rev grip skulls
Rev grip OH EXT's etc

2 warm up sets - higher end reps get the blood flowing
2 working sets - heavy to failure, down to halves and quarters
Hanging db preacher curls
2 feel sets
1 working set to failure plus one drop set
DB hammer curls
1 feel sets
2 working sets with 2 drop sets
wrist curls straight bar

worked chest yesterday. Been awhile since I got my back and shoulders sunburned......I forgot how much it can effect your bench work. It took a few sets to numb the area, very similar to getting a tattoo.
Still managed to get my working sets over 300 and did a few negatives in the mid 300's. Followed by a single dropset.
Incline was less painful. Got 5 sets in, 2 to failure.
I tried one set of flys and said fuck it. My wife walked in to the dungeon and told me I was crazy, she said why don't you work another muscle group? I just said: cause it's fucking national chest day...dammit.
Thought about soaking a towel in that aloe afterburn crap that has lydocain and putting it on the bench to lay on. lol

Nice! I know how you feel about when your mind is ready for a certain BP and if it's not gtg after warming up or know you won't get everything you wanted I agree in just not doing it - you'll make it up big guy!
Btw what are your stats Ender? Right now I'm sitting at 206-8 depending @ 5'10 12ish % atm looking to drop back down
