thanks guys so much! I can't just sit at home. I am going to aim to do quads in the morning. I can't just sit. I have to be active. If it bothers me I will leave. But I have to try for my sanity.

Superset groups
Group1 Closegrip smith bench and straight bar reverse curls. 2 working, 2 to failure, one dropset
Group2 Skullcrushers and standing ezbar curls. sets of 8, 6, 4, 2, then drop to 6.
Group3 Vbar pushdowns and incline db curls. sets of 8,6,4,2, +drop
Group4 Hammer curls and Dips. curled 5 sets of 5. Dips 20,20,15,15,8 last set with a 45 on the chain.
58 min. Had a phone call for work in there somewhere.
Delts/traps
One thing I did was press I said fuck it and went back to the smith MP press after I pre-exhausted my delts got up to 235 for 4 after pyramiding up I'm extremely happy and boy are my delts gonna explode!!!

-- smith MP - first time in over a year
Pyramided up to 235
1w235 4 drop 185/6(short on lockout) drop 3 TUT all locked out short to make sure failure was hit and held if as long as I could

Well either the gym was the best thing ever for this stone or the worst......I am home. Could barely get through blow drying my hair with out kneeling down in pain. It's for sure worse, which tells me all my water drinking is moving this bad boy down. Had to go into office and grab work to work from home. The couch is my home today working away.
Had a great lift!!! Super Hit, didn't do as many workouts but took from tips from Cape and changed it up. Got trough pretty good till I tried oblique leg raises, let's just say I jumped off that machine so fast.....my body was screaming NO WAY.
Glad I pushed and got it done.

Incline smith press 2f (one feel was supposed to be working, but felt good and bumped weight) 1w dd
Super set decline hammer strength into incline hammer strength. 2w 1d on each.
Not sure what you call them. Side press on incline hammer strength. This was more of feeling and getting the movement down. Liked it, but out stress on the back.
Pec/dec to finish 2w ddd almost to full stack
