Yes sir, we love the series. We don't watch the current episodes because we are too far out in the country for DSL or cable. We just buy the previous season's set of DVDs and watch them...repeatedly.
6 hours of cardio speaks volumes for your dedication. Just squatting and leg workouts puts the whoops on me.There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

What's up AG, BIB, Cape, Clarky, Kel and gang!
Gotta good delt trap w/o in today legs are crushed still and arms are right sore today(1.5cc in outer bicep head yesterday) love that hard contraction after pinning em
Just did some smith presses
Side laterals - always starting from the thighs like Kel mentions
Front raises
Rear delts facing incline pulling up and out
I did pre-exhaust them pressing last and threw in a set or two of the perpendicular smith presses Kel did the other day... I'll start with them next time it'll help with my ROM just gotta go a lil lighter

Good night, gents and ladies. Time for me to crash. Have been extraordinarily hungry the past week or so. Maybe the increase in leg work is responsible?

Man I had a funny turn this afternoon.
Heating up meal 3 I felt a bit 'fizzy'. Felt like that a couple of weeks ago too but it passed pretty quick. This time it persisted. I sat down with my food and 10 minutes later started sweating all over but mostly face and neck. Though I needed to change my t-shirt. It lasted about 5 minutes. I finished my food slowly and then had a 45 minute nap. Felt ok afterwards.
Only thing that's changed today is I upped my water intake but I'm not low on carbs for sure I'd already had about 170g worth and had 250g yesterday.
Odd, anyhow, good to go now.NO SOURCES GIVEN

I never went that heavy, still got a good wee niggle from the forearm, not from the session. So just eased back into it so.

I trained quads, core and some LISS but my calsn would have been higher than cals out. I'm putting it down to large increase in H2O for now. No problems since.
This morning - 45 mins fasted cardio. Off to work for 6 hours then will lift 75-80% rep range with usual weights and maybe 20 mins PWO cardio.
GGR - get on it. Hard to start but you know it's worth it.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Ended up stretching and lightly exercising the bad arm last night. Tonight I believe I will go ahead and train my right side as normal before it totally starts to decompensate, and just do my baby weights with the left side.
Chiro visit today possibly for another short laser session. At first I was skeptical of the laser treatment being any better than using my IR lamp, but it does seem to be helping.
I'm hoping I can get my quads and hams scraped soon. They are knotting up quickly working legs every 2-3 days. On the other hand even though my legs stay feeling fatigued on that schedule, my working weights are increasing and my sets have been very intense!!There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Good morning Cape, Nach, BIB, AG, Song and Clarky and GGR
Hope everyone has a great lift day! I am off today.
I am guessing I can push it way more than I am. Not nearly as sore this round. I feel like I am having a harder time adding weight on like I was before.
