Yesterday. 6 hrs at the water park with my 6 yr old son and wife. 11 water slides ridden. I'm sore battered and bruised. It was great fun but damn.

Got in and did shoulders and traps, nothing mad just a good simple session.
Seated press 1 working +rp 1 drop (Smith)
SS with rev cable fly and rev pec dec i did 3 sets of each. Cable - pec deck cable you get it
Standing db side raises 3 sets
Slight incling bench lying side ways 3 sets a side
Machine shrugs 3 sets stack db grip
Done.

Morning all.....I think I just had the most intense hams and glutes workout ever! No quit till I had to quit after doing 70 leg press in a row at 270, 270 is light for me, but gosh darn that shit was burning. That was the end to an already crazy intense lift.

Back - just back felt pretty good considering how I was feeling - definitely went in with layers and a sweatshirt/& pants too

Got a light shoulder run in earlier. It was all very tentative and volume oriented and will be until I get healed and also build back up to higher intensity. Also, got my haircut and disposed of 1.5 pints of RBC-laden blood. Can breather much deeper. Probably could've pushed harder on squats yesterday if I had drained earlier in the week.
Cable side laterals- 2 sets of light weight and higher reps. Left side is lagging the right side on number of reps but I did the movement with very little discomfort.
Rev. flyes- 2 w/u , Work1- 12 reps. Work2- 11 reps.
D'bell shoulder press- 2 w/u of pretty high reps. Work1- 12 reps. Kept the same weight. Work2- 4 reps. Dropped a little weight. Work3- 7 reps. Even though the weights are light I am making dang sure to use my legs to assist with getting the bells up. If I had been doing this before, I probably wouldn't in such a mess with the shoulder.
B'bell shrugs- 1 set of of 20 in front and 1 set of 20 of shrugs from the back side.
Light d'bell shrugs from the side to fill up everything w/ blood and finish things off- 35 reps.

Huge fan of zinc for immune system - 50mg WITH FOOD daily, I sometimes bump a little but not often. Only take at the onset of illness and usually shortens the duration, lessens the symptoms or aborts it altogether. Just have to be careful to take on a full stomach as it can cause nausea but with food, good to go. Just a thought as it's much better than vit c (which I will also use for adjunct) and never use echinacea (can't get quality supplement easily). Just an FYI

All weekend off in terms of diet but back on something like maintenanace cals from tomorrow.
Back in the gym Tuesday but then off to Greece for a week in 8 days time. In fact I'm away quite a bit of august so won't be hitting it hard and consistent until September really.NO SOURCES GIVEN
