I'd be curious how you would do on some TREN.

It's not just anabolic but highly androgenic , yet won't interact with skin (hair growth) and scalp. Voice and clit might or might not be affected.

Okay primo question for you all! Does anyone get shaky on the mixture?

I am a little shaky today and it was a pin day. Only thing different in my day. Feel a little cloud like if that makes sense?

Thank you D, not much a know but i can't do a lot on bi's i should not even be training bi's. So i want it fixed so just going light and keeping them stimulated mostly to make me feel better lol it gets to you.

Most of ma session have not been that big since i came back from ma hols and just before i went actually but its all good it's still working for me doing the sets.
Change is good, love the HIT but also like what am doing just now. Am growing nice so its working.

No personal experience with primo, but from what I read over the years here. Takes a long time to buildup, that's why most men will run it 16-20 weeks.

Shaky probably not from primo, maybe var if anything. But just guessing it's neither.

Everytime on cycle, especially in the beginning, something feels "wrong" always worried if it's the gear.

Let us know if and when it goes away.

And hope someone else chimes in as well. I could be completely wrong, :/

What's the course of action on the bicep. I'm sure you've posted but I have been checking in sporadically

Second said just rest it for six weeks, it'll heal like new and be fine. Both were correct but imho pt is a waste of time. There's nothing a pt is going to be able to teach you. I saw him 3 times I think (once per week) and he said he was only really concerned with making sure the inflammation was out as there's nothing he could teach me regarding exercise.

I suggest just solid rest for maybe 4 weeks then start back ridiculously light for high reps several times per week. I just put my skirt on, checked my vag and curled the 10lb-ers and slowly upped it every week.

The one doctor recommended 6 weeks rest for bi's. He's a guy who deals with pro sports guys all the time. Maybe 4 weeks is sufficient for you, just go real light and real slow for a while. Don't make it worse.

Seriously speaking , do any of you guise know some method to cool down appropriately?

I've developed light grade fever after the recent heatwave we're still in here, and that's by sitting still already. If I start moving, it quickly become s a problem. It's not that I sweat that bad but I just feel too hot.

    Could nsaids or paracetamol help?

Ok guys and gals. Got into the gym pretty late today. My babysitting relief got stuck at work later then expected.

All intentions on hitting legs, walk in and seriously every machine taken (I'm talking 10-12 machines) so I went to back workout instead.

Wasn't what I wanted, after arms yesterday, my tris feel like it's the first ever time working out lol.

Gym was busy, so only got 4 movements in. And was very stiff (slightly painful ) in back. I pushed hard with this pain BEFORE the surgery but seeing as I have hardware now I kept things light, and stopped when I needed to.

I have never really counted reps, just go till I hit failure. This is done probably in range of 12-15 reps

Wide grip PD (old working weight was 220) so I kept it at 100. Using stricken slow form. 4 sets.

    Low pulley hammers (old weight was 3 45s and a 25) today was 1 45 and a 10. 3 sets

    High pulls 3 sets

Seated rows at (old weight 200-220) this was at 60. These are hard right now, reaching for bar, and returning. So I stopped here.

Felt good doing everything, but I see back routine being very tuff.

Took a few pics. I'm at 192 which is relatively high for me, especially since it is not a lean muscular build . But this is my motivation.

Also kept head in pics, my "white man fro" is coming back .

I look at these in disgust honestly. But it's motivating and gets me back to where I wanna be.

Hello all. Pissing with rain here, set for the day.

Back to training today, delts and tri's. (Even did some cardio) Thoroughly enjoyed it all. Weights and intensity up and a killer pump thanks to all that food over the last couple of days. Even with a clean diet yesterday I am still 9lbs up on Fridays weight!!!

    What's everybody lifting today?

Morning guys and girls, sitting in front of the gym now about to hit shoulders/traps, then a 10 hour road trip ahead for the week. Been easing back into things as I've been nursing a bulging disc. Lost about 15 lbs which is good for it, and I feel like, going forward (at least in the short term and possibly long term), I'll be keeping things (body weight and lifting weight) on the lighter side, at least in comparison to the past. Hope all is well and have a great day!
