Did shoulders today. Probably the worst workout I've had all year. no energy. Weak. Couldn't catch my breath.

It has been a little over a week since my last test shot. I stopped tren and deca weeks ago. my joints are definitely missing the deca. it's completely out of me by now and I can tell. the test is probably mostly gone. I'm still doing hcg , in fact I increase it quite a bit in this dead period between last shot and starting pct. I forgot how crappy I feel when not on aas.

don't worry. I've been here before. I know what's coming. I won't crack and get back on. My body needs the break and I need to get my lipids, bp, liver, kidney, and hormone levels back to normal. just a sh!ty session tonight but my shoulders feel as worked as they usually do which is all that matters.

Lol ok. that's better. The mental picture I got was an extended family gathering where all of them look like they stepped out of a story by Homer set on Mt. olympus, with this skinny kid getting all the giant fingers pointed at him

    I was 225 at 20-21 I believe. I got to 200lbs all natural around 19. I was 255 in that pic and I was 27.

Compared to now...... My weigh is the same as the but I'm carrying more fat and less muscle. I think my traps are definitely bigger than then and my Chet is getting bigger than then. My arms/delts/legs need to catch back up. I used to have some mean delts lol

All in good time. Patience and consistency is key.

Doesn't matter what they measure they look huge. I remember dropping right down in bf to single digits and my arms lost inches but they look the biggest ive ever had them. I know a guy who's got 17" arms and everyone thinks they are over 20's and they look unreal so size doesn't matter especially when your bf is so low.

Latest sneaky pics took by the missus. Why do I always see myself tiny... Still gotta drop some bf%. N I had to lay off heavier presses due to what feels like a tweaky nerve under my left shoulder blade (scapulae area) and now subsiding rotator cuff injury. Top left n bottom latest pics. But only few months between pics. Too left is relaxed btw
And is it normal to have a back channel so deep?

On the plus side it should mean you have a really good workout as a result.

Sunday morning workouts for me (day after cheat meal) are always heavier and more intense.

I know it always works out like that and it did

I normally only do one bodypart but very heavy intense but this morning I did back, biceps and abs.

My back workout was seriously heavy, I started with BB rows and blasted some serious weight to failure, then I moved onto one arm db rows and throw around some heavy db's, then low pulley and close grip pulldowns, deads/ hypers. My focus was on thickness this session

Biceps were great just seated db curls, again to failure heavy ones!
concentration curls slow on the positive and negative and burnt deep inside my muscle belly
    hammers
    wrist curls

    abs

came home and stripped off and my girl said bloody hell look at the size of you always a good sign and i'm close to 10lbs down since starting my prime!!

I use to lag on back, but I made excellent gains over a 12 month period concentrating on width on session then width the next even though I would attack both in a session I would swap to which area I hit first, I am very strong on my back except for deads anymore, old lower back injury when I use to think lifting heavy weights off the floor for one or two reps was good, I was a bit brain dead back in the day or I should said ego driven
