Jesus thats serious dedication. I may do more when I get into a new job but for now I have the drive and the experience to get me into decent management position.
I try my best yr1 isn't the worst but its long. Yr2 is more involved but theres less fluff classes if that makes any sense. I cannot wait to specialise in accounting as I think that degree will serve me better than the other generic ones out there tbh.

Brutal back work yesterday:
Pulldowns: 3 heavy. Back to normal weight!
35 degree rows on smith: 3 sets heavy
T bars: 3 sets, still staying a plate light for safety
Low cable row seated on end of bench to change the angle. 3 sets, higher reps to see where I feel it. Not bad
Dumbell rows simultaneous on 35 degree bench
Shrugs
Killed it.

Hi fellas/ladies, i did shoulders and traps this afternoon went good.
Standing db side raises 3 sets
Lying db side raises 3 sets
By this time the wee cunt in the gym was chasing me with a fire extinguisher, as ma side delts were on FIRE! Haha.
Rev db flys 3 sets
Rev pec dec 2 sets a side stack
Shoulder press (smith) 3 sets
Shrug machine db grip 2 sets wide grip 2 sets
Done.

Is this a regular thing mate, isolations before compound?
I started doing it for delts about 4 weeks before my comp and will start doing it for chest after my 2 holidays. It's a real ego killer on delts when you come to your presses but like you, I seem to get a good (better) burn doing them this way.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Happy weekend people!
Done cardio and core last two days.
This morning went in and had a good session with arms. I'm not sure if it's the time off or the high reps, even with some drops. But I leave tight as hell. Arms feel great.
Straight bar pd
Reverse grip pd
Db over heads
Hammer dips tried to do super set of kick backs, but have to get a better angle.
Seated palms up db curls
Hammer machine curls
Small straight bar curls
Wanted to get a iso movement but was spent.
And btw....chef is the best occupation to get into hahahah :/

Up early, I'll get 2 breakfasts in before I go train quads at 9:30.

Aye, I'm looking forward to training hard with isolating first. Whole new workouts when I get back from all 3 of my holidays, mid September.
Sadly (I think) all my holidays/weekends away mean I can compete at Nationals especially as they are in my home City but I'll get a ticket for one of the days and go be a spectator.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Settled in at work. Will post up my lift later on when I get time. Working weights were only 50-65% of my last "normal" amount before the shoulder/arm problem. About my only option is to go with volume for right now, so I did that. I did go as heavy as I could and still maintain a good "backwards shrugging" motion with a nice contraction. U'hand pulldown are somewhat better than parallel grip pulldowns; not sure if I want to try overhand grip yet.

Hit hamstrings yesterday and some glutes. Really making sure and getting those squeezes in the ole' cheeks.
So far I am up 7lbs on this cycle. Not too worried about it. Comes off pretty quick after.
Meal prepping today. Lots of chicken. I need to just keep mass made for eating.
Sides to date are the normal ones so far.
After some good advice from Nach I am going down in dosing a little, before sides become too much. I do have a huge event in September that I have to fit into a sexy little number for a big fancy wedding. Will put in the cardio for a couple weeks before that to shed some BF.

Ok, that shift is over and back at home. Think I may go crash outside in the sun for a little while and let the MT2 do its stuff.
Crunches -1 x ~ 130
Some back stretching and a little shoulder warmup
Close grip u'hand pulldowns- 3 w/u. Work1- 10 reps, kept the same weight, Work2- 5 reps
Dring parallel grip pulldown- 1 w/u, Work1- 11 resp, dropped a tad of weight, Work2- 9 reps w/ a very slow 20 count negative on last rep.
Tbar rows- 2 w/u, Work 1 - 10 reps, dropped a bit of weight and rested for a minute, Work2- 14 reps.
Low pulley rows- 2 w/u, Work 1- 10 reps, dropped a little weight and rested for a minute, Work 2- 16 reps.
Deads- 1 straight set of 21 reps.
Grip was crapping out on the sh!tty arm by the time I got to deads so I did what I could. The decreased working weights are bit demotivating, but I guess better than nothing.
