I actually like the silver too. I'm the odd ball also. But do agree black might be more formal. Wife agrees too. So my opinion doesn't even matter lol.

Look great in both either way

Chest tonight guys after work today. 30 min drive gets me pretty stiff. And kinda hinders me.

    Db incline flies with 25s

Went to db incline press. Wanted 30-35 but couldn't find. I tried 40s and wasn't bad but didn't want to push it. Finally got 30s and did 3 more sets.

Decline hammers. (Thinking these are out cause of bench itself. ) did 3 sets with 25 and a 10. Super light but good with squeezing and holding.

Same with incline hammer minus the 10s.

Pec/dec 3 sets. Waited for an older gentleman to finish his set. Very nice guy, looks at me and goes all urs u will just have to add a lot more weight. I ended up using same weight as him :/ lol.

That was it for the night. Still feel tight so I'm happy.

Did lots of stretching and lightweight shoulder and l. biceps exercises. Think I'm ready to try doing some chest work tonight. Still will have to stay light-ish with the weifhts/as tolerated, but feeling semi-decent about it.
Back on my regular TRT now, so .3cc of cyp 2x/week and today is shot day.

Did back and Bis yesterday - had to cut it a tad short but I think I would've overtrained my bis after all the back movements regarding starting with your back it takes its toll on the bis as it's the synergistic muscle in the process!
Just row'd my ass off and felt good hitting top to bottom then the main bent over rows + T-bars it was a good one

    Today hit delts -
    Just a really intense w/o 20-25min with:
    Tri set
Lateral raises(Seated) into rev & palms downs front raises(2 & 2 to failure) - and rear delts facing an incline(35*) bringing bells up and out(Kel this is one of my favorite regarding rear felt work) up to 65s for 12+ now

Pressed light today to get things moving again higher rep range 10-15 for the pump w/o much time in between(15-25sec per set)

Ps - forgot to add in rev cable flys holding for 3sec at static hold then as long as possible on lastvrepn

I get that yoga is likely not go to training for most members of this forum, nor was it for me until recently. I've had some trauma to my back and neck and yoga helps significantly with pain management. But I've lost significant flexibility in past 2 yrs. I expected strength decline. NOT flexibility.

    Ive given myself 3 months!

Lots of people underestimate yoga - not me - I know it can be very difficult to regain flexibility and one of the hardest things to gain back period! Without flexibility strength does decline - think of your muscles as an elastic band the harder/better flexibility the better and stronger your muscles 'snap back into place' as well so to speak! Extension and flexion are extreme important to muscle gain

Keep doing you Girly... it'll all come back together!

You can absolutely do it. Yoga is incredible for the body. Keep fluid in motion.

I practice a lot still! I have to weight train though. It's best for my body, but being flexible so I can get better lifts is important too. Keep it up GGR. You've got this!
