Killed legs last night around 1 a.m. Felt very weak after I was done, like I was gonna puke. 20 rep squats x 6 damn they need work. Gains are slowing down I feel maybe it's in my head I now realize maybe I'm not gonna look the same without more but it will be alright. Think I will do some upper body today before work, also thinking about changing the diet some. Progress , a lot in 11 1/2 months, im guessing I'm over 200 now, last September I was 167 yikes lol

Btw, cape and nach you guys look good , AKD I gotta say most impressive sorry guys

Lol if I had a gym membership and test tren cycle then ya, I'd make an eye opener....180mg test and a weight bench in my spare bedroom with a half ass routine has landed me here today. I just love the lifestyle like we all do in here, although I would like to make another run one day like the good ole days

All these amazing transformations on here want me to jump on the go go juice again but life is a bit too hectic to do it properly so I will wait another couple of years to go on I think but all these pics are making the want grow a lot more.

Great pics guys and serious LBM gained too.

Let's do it brother! That's all I want is o get to a solid and lean 220 but I know gaining bf% will be on the list as well, but if I do it slow enough, consistently long enough, I know it'd take longer but it's all about constant and consistent gains for LBM but if it does get boring sometimes lol

Stupid f-in shoulder is really pissing me off. Weights are only about 50% of what I used to do. The pain is a good bit better. It was all over the shoulder, but for the last few weeks it is strictly in the anterior, so maybe it's progressing? Anyway, the only way I can figure out how to work my chest is cramming supersets together. I tried pushups but I get a really nasty pain, and I do mean nasty!

Incline flyes into presses- 2 w/u. Work1- 10 flyes, 8 presses. Rest for 30 seconds and kept the same weight.Work2- 8 flyes, 4 presses. Drop weight. Work3- 10 flyes, 4+ presses
Flat flyes into presses- 2 w/u, Work 1- 10 flyes, 4 presses. Drop just a bit of weight. Work2- 10 flyes, 5 presses.
Incline d'bell press w/ parallel grip- 5 reps with a slow 5 count positive and negative.
Wrist curls w/ dry Oly bar- palms up to failure. Still having problems with palms down so I grabbed some light plates and repped to failure.

    33 minutes.

Ag you could always just use time under tension etc for chest if you cant destroy them with heavy weights etc

Yes sir, that's the plan for right now. . The weights for chest are light so I'm supersetting flyes with presses for multiple sets and then on the last incline d'bell presses, I'm going with a very slow 5 count positive and negative.
Appreciate the input, DCI! LOL, I'm just impatient. I'm wanting to see the 80s and 90s going up for flyes again, but I'm a good ways from that right now.

This combo of shoulder discomfort and nerve issue had been a real b!tch, guys and gals. The pain isn't horrific, but it isn't fun either. When you brain tells your arm to move and you get minimal reaction, it gets frustrating. Guess I should be thankful I'm making progress.

I can truly empathize with you here. Not being able to go full steam is just incredibly frustrating and is a crazy mental game to keep fighting. Following this crazy log you guys have here and looking at your dedication AG I have zero doubt you'll be back. Just got to be careful and not push to hard.
