One more thing...when I said I'll be doing this for the next month, I MEANT TO SAY that at that time, It will be 7/8 weeks since a deload week. So, I'll take it down a notch. I plan on incorporating this for quite some time. Sometimes what I want to say and what I do say are two entirely different things.

Looking forward to legs/abs today. Going to modify again with less sets, heavier weight. I just need to convince myself that I'm doing enough.

chest pre exhaust due to shoulder injury
Flyes
3 warm up sets
1 working + 2 RP total of 12 reps
smith machine incline press
2 feel sets
1 working set + 2 RP total of 9 reps
flat flyes
2 feel sets
1 working set + 2 RP total of 8 reps
hammer strength press
2 feel sets
1 working +2 RP total of 8 reps
Done in around 40mins, had 1min rest inbtween sets and shoulder felt good. Used some heavy weight and I just felt like using rest pause even though I had my partner with me I still went with rest pause due to not wanting to really push the extremes of forced and negs until I get on cycle.
in a depleted state at the moment due to the prime,
I am down to around 12 lbs on the depletion and I look very flat indeed but my strength is going up which is strange, my workouts are very short, shorter than usually having more rest days.
Had my scans back and my kidneys are great, no stones or scaring and very healthy which is remarkable! bladder and abdomen are good but they have found issues with my prostate so further investigations are needed, which may halt my cycle but depends whats wrong.

There's a fair few sides what come with propecia (finasteride) so not sure which action to take yet its still under investigation

Shoulders tonight: felt good going in so hamnered them
Db shoulder press making progress on getting better reps at 110lb db's which is something I thought I would never do.
Then onto side and front raises just went really heavy and slow on these could feel the muscles sear out of my skin from the pump loved it.
Then onto my new fav exercise bb shrugs loving the rom on these.
After listening to kk and haz on here I have combined triceps into the work out I actually loved it as they were quite fatigued anyway.
So I did rope pull downs for two slow heavy sets
Then onto skull crushers the same two sets tris were pumping here and lovely horseshoe outline on them
Then for the finale behind the head db two handed press' really loved these

Today's workout:
Legs -
Smith machine squat:
145 warm up
315 for 6, RP, then 2 more
Seated leg press:
540 x 10.. then pumped out 15 calf raises
720 x 4... 10 calf raises
720 x 3, dropped to 540 x 6
Seated leg curl:
130 x 10
180 x 6, then dropped to 130 and 6 more
Standing calf raise
220 x 15
320 x 6
Then abs and obliques.. no cardio. Kept the workout to 45 mins flat..
So... better?

Today's workout:
10 min warm up - light dumbell presses and flys
Incline smith press
1 feel 185
2 working 255 8 reps - final set did a drop after and got 8 more reps.
Incline dumbell flys - low angle
1 feel - 45lb x12
2 working - 55lb x8
Cable flys
1 feel - 35lbs
2 working - 42.5 x 10 double drop - 8 reps ea
Bi's
Incline dumbell curls
1 feel 30lb x 10
2 working 35lb x 8
Cable curls
2 working - 60lb x 10
Concentration curls - dumbell
3 working - 25lb x 10
I never do a feel set with concentration curls. I'm targeting the peak and feel that 3 sets at 25lbs at the end of my workout destroys them. I may switch it up an do them first next week.

Ok guys I shortened it up ALOT. Intensity didn't change as I have a lot on my mind today. Couldn't get that animal attitude but was strong today I felt anyway.

bw +3 plates x 9 I think. Firs time with this weight and it threw me around a bit, hard to control really. But still managed to go slow with decent form.

skullcruhers EZ curl bar. Less joint pain than straight for me.

120x 8 or 9 lost count due to intensity. Cant believe these kick my ass as big as my tri's are...
this was a change for me, as I normally will add two or three more movements but I chose not to. Decent pump nothing to brag about. I was pleased overall today. Legs tomorrow.
