Incling db press 3 sets
Incline db fly 3 sets
Decline smith 2 sets 1 drop
Cable fly 3 sets
Pec dec 1 set
Done.
Better to avoid injuries. It’s just not worth it! You train effectively without equipment for decades. It’s just not the right position for you....
Back from long weekend which was crazy fun and a bit too much alcohol (I rarely drink -maybe once a month if that and then only a glass of wine). I’ve had my quota for next 2 years. Lol.
Back to gym. Squeezed in back, no time for biceps before 1 hour cycle class. Sweat out a whole bunch of toxins. Feel awesome and burned 395 calories which was a new high for me. Thrilled!
Tomorrow I’ll be lifting!
Oh and saw something new and different in class.....girl in mid twenties with an ankle tether. That’s a first!!!!
Mixing up a shake. Schedule has been horrible recently.
Edit: Stretching and maybe some burpees or something to just break a sweat. I knew I have been feeling run down. Bit of a fever; temperature is just shy of 101°F. Stupid @ss weather. Popping some aspirin now, just finished a big glass of juice.

Shoulder is starting to feel much better neck still seems outta sorts though only on the R side - go figure right... I have not been getting more than 3 hrs of sleep a night it’s starting to run it’s course it’s been a wk + now and I’m feeling out of it really...
had a lil pimple on the bottom of my neck where a sweatshirt would rub I guess / I tried popping this tiny white head but there’s a big red ring around it I checked when I woke up and it’s back... in my time the only time that’s happened I’d when I had MRSA/or staff infection- last time i was in the hospital for 14days getting IV antibiotics - gonna go to urgent care and they’ll probly say go to the ER... not having a spleen really can suck lol

Hi fellas/Girly, did bi's the night only as tri's are still a wee tad sore from Friday so let them heal right.
Standing db curls 2 sets drop 3 sets
Incline db curl 2 sets drop 2 sets drop 1 set
Db preacher 2 sets on left 3 on right + a few neg pn right.
Db wrist curls 2 sets done.
Throbbing pain in right forearm and a wee bit tender in the bottom of the bi. Think av went a bit too heavy the last few wks. I'll cut it back to be safe.
Just got legs in. Things are feeling good, which honestly scares me a bit.
5 min on bike
Seated eccentric only curls (two legs down, one leg up rotating legs) 2 sets 10 reps easy
Seated normal curls: 2 sets 10 reps light weight.
Stiff legs: 3 sets with dumbells, moderate weight
Extensions: 3 sets 15 ish reps, decent weight
Squats: 3 sets 12 reps, deeper and felt solid. Will bump up another 50 next week
Verticals: 3 sets 12-15 reps. Was able to get close to a normal weight on last two sets.
Calf crap.
Real happy with this. Be sore tomorrow!

Not too bad tonight, a bit chilly, 27° F , but very tolerable. Grip strength seems to be improving in the left hand, but man it is taking it's own sweet time. My Dr. did tell me it would be a slow recovery.
Multiple work sets w/ a drop in weight between sets. Very little shoulder pain; mainly in the anterior @ the point where the biceps tie in.
Preacher curls - 2 w/u, Work 1 - (L)- 3,drop,3,drop,9. (R)- 9,drop,4. Work 2- (L)- 5,drop,4 and 7 forced reps w/ slow negative. (R) - 5, drop, 3,drop, 4.
Seated CC - 2 w/u, Work 1 - (L) - 5+, drop, 3+, drop, 4+. (R) - 3, drop, 4, drop, 4. Work 2 - ( L)- 3+, drop, 5+ and 5 forced w/ slow negative. (R) - 3+, drop 4, drop, 9.
Triceps pressdown w/ horseshoe handle - 3 w/u, Work1- 8 reps. Work 2- 6, rest pause,4+ w/ 5 count hold on the partial. Work 3 - 6, rest pause, 4.
Close grip bench - 3 w/u , Work 1- 7, Work 2 - 7, Work 3 - 6.

Good afternoon all. Off day yesterday, crushed back on Monday, shoulders today. Solo workout - good intensity on the compound exercise so that’s good.
Weather is weird, temp is 12-15 degrees above normal, so high is 82F today. FFS.
Hope everyone has a good lift and good day/evening.
Life is ramping up again so harder to get to the forum but pop in and read posts when I can. Trying to keep up on everyone’s w/os and injuries, as well as motivations. Still reading even if no time to comment.
