Seated hammer curls - 1 set of 15.
Super 21's using a dry Oly EZ curl bar w/ just spin lock collars for weight- 1 set was all I could squeeze out.
Triceps pressdown w/ straight bar - 2 w/u, Work 1 - 8, rest pause, 3. Drop a little weight. Work 2 - 7, rest pause 3, drop, 3. Work 3- 6.
Close grip bench - 3 light sets.
EZ curl skull crushers- 8 reps.
50 minutes.

Ok did shoulders and traps the night, went ok.
Standing db side raises 3 sets 15 reps a set
One arm side raises on incline bench 2 sets a side 7-9 reps a set
Rev pec dec 4 sets high rep 20 a set
Smith press 3 sets 8-10 reps a set
Smith shrugs 3 sets 10-12 reps a set
Behind back machine shrugs 2 sets 8 ish a set
Done.

Well, finally the left medial delt is catching up to the right in regards to working weight. Now if I can get the nerve entrapment out of the picture/ healed up, I'll be happier and can strengthen the left arm back up. Think I may grab 1 more Serostim or Saizen kit.
Cable side laterals - 2 w/u, Work 1 (L) - 10 reps (R) - 13 reps. Kept the same weight and grabbed some air. Work 2 - (L) -8 reps (R) - 9 reps.
Seated side laterals - Work -7+ reps w/ a slow 10 count hold on partial rep
Reverse flyes - 2 w/u, Work 1- 13+ reps. Drop a little weight. Work 2 - 10+ reps. Slow 10 count hold on partial reps.
D'bell presses - 3 w/u, Work 1 - 8 reps. Drop. Work 2 - 7 reps. Work 3 - 7 reps with a slow 6 count negative on last rep.
B'bell shrugs - 2w/u, Work 1 (front) - 10 reps. Drop a little weight. Work 2 (rear) - 8 reps
D'bell shrugs - 5 slow reps.
The shrugs were all 1 giant set.

Yes sir, but there will be more when it gets warmer. The main ones I worry about around here are copperheads and cottonmouths. It's rare to see a rattlesnake. I don't mind the nonpoisonous ones unless they get to be a nuisance.

Morning freaks.
Shoulders yesterday felt a bit weak. Was a decent session but wasnt my best.
Legs are still blasted from the other day. Did loads of empty bar squats trying to get better at them. Front squat feels far better than back.
My legs have uncontrollable shaking when i train legs. Especially atthe top of a leg extention. The whole machine rattles because of the violent jerking of my leg. It looks ridiculous.

Since my right elbow hurts badly when doing skulls with a straight bar I was looking for an EZ bar, but I'm a bit puzzled with the shapes available, some look like a stretched 'S' and other more "angular" so to speak, what would be best? There's also the super EZ bar that indeed looks weird.

Bizz, when I used to go to a commercial gym decades ago, the bar that was easiest on my elbows was a triceps bar. I would use it until my elbows got better. Since I lift at home now, I usually just grab d'bells because I'm too cheap to buy a bar.

Spent about $225 restocking the grocery stash this morning. Came home, ate some mashed up grilled hamburger mixed with rice and broccoli. Slept like a champ for 2 hours.
Need to reload the freezer with ground beef and flank steak later this week.
