Scrambled eggs are super easy, Zeus. If you use a non-stick pan, dump in your eggs, put the pan on a med. hot burner, grab a no scratch spatula and push them around until they are done as you want. I usually do 3 whole eggs and few egg whites. Maybe an ounce of mozarella cheese?
Some people whoop up the eggs with a fork like.you would for an omelette. I/Mrs. AG just dump it in the pan and cook.

12 oz. of blackened Swai and a cup and a half of grits for breakfasts. Some of Stan Efferding's "monster mash" later on today.
Already told work that I could only work 1 day max. next weekend. When I can't figure out when my last weekend off was....it's time for a day off.
Catching back up on missed lifting sessions this week. Think we have dentist appointments later in the week and getting a little truck maintenance done tomorrow a.m.

In full packing mode set up for a long trip to Sweden. My wife is giving lectures there and we need some time away from this place anyway we currently call home. Planning a cycle come June and I got some Deca laying around that I never used. I am not a fan of using it as I would need to run it for weeks on end and I have gotten quite used to short-term cycles. Each 1ML amp contains 275mg (200mg Deca, 75mg NPP). Is there much to think about than simply add this to my "cruising" of 150mg Test/wk? Was thinking of 550 or so mg/wk. Do I need anything else?

    Noooooooooo. Sacrilege, lol.

Small Frying pan nice and hot, pour in the eggs and turn the heat right down immediately and stir continually until they are almost cooked as you like them. Take off the heat and serve - they’ll continue cooking a bit even after you serve them.

Back to sleep for another few hours. This "sleepus interruptus" shyte sucks. My next day off I'm having a Flexeril and prescribed Xanax as well and sleeping out in the yard in the sun.

Miss pull ups. They were a mainstay for me years ago and will really ramp up someones back development. Haven't really been able to do them in years. Got to the point where they'd always irritate my radialis.

Man, it is so aggravating when that happens. Recently happened to me at work. Leaned forward not even 15 degrees from vertical and blammo. Instant spasm.
Doesn't happen nearly as often as it used to.

Meh, 20 minutes of boring @ss treadmilling tonight. Had the shop door open and was watching an armadillo that was out grubbing around in front of the shop. It seemed to enjoy watching the liquid lard drop off of me while it ate bugs. Think it enjoyed my misery.
